Cropley House

Cropley House was the perfect venue for our Year 6 graduation. Zabi, Korinne, Nicole, Noor and the entire team were absolutely amazing, nothing was ever too much trouble and they were there whenever we needed them. The service on the day was outstanding, and the food was delicious and thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. The venue itself is beautiful, with plenty of parking, which made things so easy for families. From the initial booking right through to bump out, the team were fantastic to deal with, professional, friendly and incredibly well organised. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Cropley House for any special event.

From the 1st sight of Cropley House we knew this venue is it to have our wedding reception here, such a beautiful place, heritage building, elegant interior, heaps of parking and just on pin point, definately 5+ ⭐️ from us and all our guests. Indeed a class of its own... Zabi went above and beyond on making our special day, a memorable event. Always accomodating from day 1 when we chose Cropley House as our reception venue to the actual night of the event. The venue, Zabi as the main host, the person nell and to staff of Cropley House, our transition was so smooth that we didnt even feel any venue pressure at all. I discovered Cropley House well before I ever even had a ring on my hand. It was my dream venue 2 years ago when I saw it on Instagram, it was my dream venue the first day I walked through those big doors in February 2024 and it was my dream venue on May 10th 2025. The beautiful picturesque building, the charming garden with adorable gazebo, the show stopping chandeliers. Everything about Cropley makes it an ideal wedding venue. The whole process of planning a Cropley wedding was a breeze. Hiccups happened of course but that is inevitable, it's a wedding afterall. What mattered most to me was how these situations were handled and looked after. Knowing my wedding was in the hands of Yara made me feel so secure and heard. Despite juggling all the different weddings at once I never felt like she didn't care about ours, especially those few weeks before the wedding when the chaos of planning well and truly picked up. She was on top of everything all the way up to the day of the wedding where she frantically moved our welcome decal mirror back and forth between locations because my vision wasn't practical but she wanted to make sure she exhausted all options. We owe her so much for making our dream come true wedding so incredible. The food was phenomenal with guests saying it was the best wedding food they've ever had, the garden looked magical and the room looked like it came straight out of a fairytale. I am so proud of how this wedding came together and I am so grateful to everyone at Cropley for making our day so so special.

We recently celebrated our wedding reception at Cropley House and it was absolutely perfect! Yara was amazing in the lead up to the day and always answered all of our questions. On the night, Noor was very accomodating and attentive and ensured that everything ran smoothly. The food was delicious and we received many compliements from our guests about the food and the venue as a whole. We are very happy with how the evening went and loved celebrating our wedding at Cropley House.

We had our work Christmas party at Cropley House on Friday and it was great night! The team are so accommodating and helpful. Nothing is too much for them, from extension cords, to very last minute table changes, early bump in times and running times out of schedule. They take it all in their stride. Thank you to Nicole, Korrine, Zabi and Noor for being so easy to work with and calm through the whole thing. I highly recommend their venue and the team at Cropley!

We recently had the pleasure of hosting our 140 people wedding and reception at Cropley House in April. My husband and I were so pleased with how our day went as well as the support and communication we had with the Team (despite a rocky start with 2 event coordinators leaving/moving on during our planning process). Sales Manger Alicia, The Venues Collection Project Manager Janaki as well as our contact for the day/night event manager Jasmine did what they could to help us ensure all our planning and wishes for the day were able to be accommodated. Our event manager for the day Jasmine, especially went above and beyond to ensure that our day went smoothly, even spending time with me a few days before hand to go over our timeline and iron out some things to make sure the reception went well.(not to mention her help in making sure I got down the aisle ok by helping with my dress and veil). We had perfect weather on day and everything from the tables in our reception space to the Tree ceremony area, and even the post ceremony food stations, every single thing we needed set up for the day was done with care. We could not fault the service from all the waitstaff, the food was amazing and all our guest had a great time celebrating our special day. A great venue if you are looking for a place with plenty of parking, wet weather options and reception rooms which have an old school style with all the touches of a flashy venue at a price point that won’t hurt your budget too (I loved the chandeliers, beautiful linen and tables in our reception room as well as the lovely gardens). Here’s hoping this post can help any future couples with their decision making.

We attended a 25 th Wedding Anniversary here. The venue is very spacious having grand Chandeliers. The party dance went till late night. There were 3 independent parties simultaneously going on in different halls. The venue has plenty of car spaces.

I had my wedding at Cropley House on July 1st 2023. The staff at Cropley were so helpful and accommodating as I bombarded them with thousands of questions and it was such a wonderful night. Three hectic months of planning and one interstate drive to meet then fiancé and family in Sydney led to a beautiful and magical night. I still cannot believe that with their help we pulled off such a feat in the small window of time. A special shout out to Olivia and Jasmine who were there on the night to calm my nerves and reassure me that everything was perfect. All the guests loved the food and the wine selection. The dance floor was alive and crowded for most of the night and funnily enough the run sheet draft that Cropley provided (and after some adjustments here and there) was commented on as well. I cannot sing their praises enough.
