My husband and I had an absolutely incredible experience with Croatia Divers in Vela Luka. My husband is an experienced scuba instructor and dive shop owner in the U.S., and he was very impressed by the professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness of the entire dive team here. The instructors were not only highly skilled but also extremely welcoming, which made the dives both safe and made diving enjoyable. In addition to diving, we also rented paddle boards, which were excellent quality and very well maintained. The staff went above and beyond to help us carry the boards to the water and bring them back afterward, which we greatly appreciated. Bobby, the owner, deserves special mention. He is exceptionally knowledgeable about scuba diving and manages his dive shop with warmth and hospitality. He makes every guest from beginners to professionals feel comfortable, included, and part of the community.

My girlfriend and I took part in the Open Water Diver course at Croatia Divers. We have to say that everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience for both of us, and we are very grateful to Bobby and the whole team for being so supportive in every way. With the help of Bobby and Cris, I was able to overcome my fears at a point when I had already given up on the course by 99%. Really nice experience with the whole family, brought my nieces and nephew and they all could go in together and all had an individual instructor taking care of them. Best first diving experience they could get! Especially my 8 year old nephew will never forget this. Thanks to the whole team!

We loved diving with Croatia Divers! I did my Advanced Open Water here and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everyone was super welcoming—even though we signed up super last minute—and the whole vibe was just fun, relaxed, and kind of like joining a little dive family. Bobby, the owner, has the best stories from decades of diving (seriously, I could’ve listened all day) and made everything so easy for us. My partner already had his advanced cert, and they let him tag along on our training dives and then join another couple for some cooler ones—so accommodating and chill. Our instructor David was amazing—super attentive, calm, and clearly cares about making you a good diver, not just ticking off skills. I felt really safe and supported the whole time, which hasn’t always been the case at other places. The location is also perfect—right by the water with the boats just a few steps away. You gear up and hop straight onto the zodiac, no fuss, just straight into adventure mode. The equipment was great, the dives were super fun, and everyone we met at the school was sweet and helpful. Such a good vibe all around. 10/10 would dive here again!

We had the absolute best experience with Croatia Divers! From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel welcome, safe, and completely taken care of. The dive masters were not only incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but also so fun — their passion for diving and the local waters really shone through. The equipment was well-maintained, the boat was comfortable, and everything ran smoothly and on time. They gave clear instructions that made us feel confident no matter our experience level, and they pointed out so many amazing underwater sights we never would have noticed on our own. What stood out most was the personal touch — Bobby and the team took the time to get to know us, make sure we were comfortable, and ensure everyone had the best experience possible. We were traveling around Croatia, diving in different places and this was easily the best place we found. Great divespots but also an amazing staff who made our dives feel safe. We spent a lot of our surface time there vibing with the crew aswell which made our leave a bit harder in a good way :( If there ever is a next time in Croatia, this will definitely be the on our list! -the Finns

My boyfriend and I joined the Open Water Diver course and it was an unforgettable experience. I was a bit afraid at the beginning but Bobby and his team are competent, highly experienced, patient and friendly! The team is very international, thus multilingual. We both recommend their services to everyone and we wish to come back to Croatia Divers in the future. A special thanks to Lianne and Etienne, our fantastic instructors!

Bobby and the team at Croatia Divers are awesome. The open water course is great fun in the Vela Luka bay and the small / individual attention makes learning the skills really easy. The team have a great there look to be lots of great dives they can take you on. Can’t recommend or thank Croatia Divers enough!

We went here for 6 dives in 3 days, and had a very good experience. The instructors were very helpful, friendly and easy going, and made sure the dives were suitable to our level. It was also possible to do a quick refresher for 29 euros before the normal dive started if you wanted, in which 4 basic skills were repeated. When we arrived to Vela Luka, we were later than expected, but Bobby made sure that we could still join the afternoon dive and we were picked up with the boat right after we got off the ferry so we could make it in time, which was very nice. Would definitely recommend!

I've had the pleasure of being 4 days with you when my 11 year old son was taking his diving course. As a resilience coach and Rock and Water trainer I can only say that you are worth more than Five stars. The way you guide people, give confidence, positively motivate, encourage, share and convey your passion for diving,... is simply fantastic.
