Critter Control of Columbia, SC

Seth did an excellent job with dealing with a rat we had in the attic, as well as sealing up any possible entrances and exits for the rodent. Cannot recommend more to anyone looking for quick and helpful service in the Columbia area.

I live in an apartment community. You would.not believe this, I'm ready for coffee. Who do I see BATMAN'S baby 5th cousin twice removed. Apartment's do not remove bats, explained by management. The 1st time, I called Critter Control, I spoke with Zane. DOWN TO EARTH, gentleman. He sent his partner, Seth. Seth, got up, gently plucked cousin from the ceiling. Because bats are Federally protected, cousin was taking outside where he tried to fly. Critter Control returned to my apartment 3 more times for bat removal. I know what you are thinking...I cannot right now. But Call Criiter Control. They are Awesome!

If I could give less than 1star ,I would very unprofessional,called booked an appointment for yesterday ,finally got back with us said I'll be there in 30 min ,,here it is the next day an. Was told someone would be out in the morning still nothing ,very disappointed, with the whole experience of being dragged hour by hour ,

Zane was awesome to work with. It was hard to find someone willing to take the time to do the job right. He worked with us over the course of several months to get the job done the right way.We are very pleased with the work, and highly recommend Zane and Critter Control.

This morning we had a 3 foot black rat snake get caught in the mesh fence around our raised bed garden. Called Critter Control and one of their experts came over within less than two hours and safely removed the snake and took it with him to release it in the woods. So thankful for the quick response.

Zane came out fast to address our problem with squirrels in the attic. He explained the process and started to work. Happy to say no more squirrels! Very happy with the quick and efficient service!

Zane and Chelsea did a great job trapping and removing the squirrels from the attic. After the last one - all the openings were sealed. So for now no more squirrels. I highly recommend their services. Zane was responsive and answered all my questions and came when he said he would.

We had squirrels in our attic and we had received 2 prior quotes before our consultation with Critter Control. Not only was I impressed by their expertise, but they quoted us a price that was significantly less than the two prior quotes we had already received. They were professional, responsive to communication during the process, did quality work, and did the job correctly such that we no longer have squirrels in our attic. I was particularly impressed with their background, education and research as a Biologist, and pleased with their humane trap and release practices, their decontamination process post removal of the squirrels, and I was very reassured by their free one year warranty and additional warranty opportunities. I have piece of mind should the problem recur. They even fixed a flood light that had come unattached from our home free of charge while working on their ladders to seal our home. If you have any problems with infestations I would highly recommend Critter Control of Columbia.

Zane and Chelsea are incredible. They are kind, timely, and knowledgeable. They came out to our house to help us with some squirrels that had gnawed their way into our attic. Within 2 days they had captured the invaders humanely and released them to a new home. They even came out to get them at night so they wouldn’t suffer through the cold. After that, they were able to seal all the places around the home that had been or could become entry points. I cannot not recommend this company enough. If you have a wildlife issue at your home, these are most definitely the people you want to handle it.
