Critical Control - service

Had water damage in a rental unit. Water line to ice maker broke and was not detected for a couple of days. Condo had to be dried out before replacing walls and flooring The work performed was done on time and with great communications between all parties.

Critical Control helped us immensely during a time of mass chaos. We were hit with a broken pipe that flooded most of our home, and they helped us immediately. They deployed in 25 minutes and got our house back to normal. It was a total white glove service. They also knew how to remediate from Mold, which is an amazing intricate specialty. And they did it with great care and high level professionalism. Anybody who really cares about high quality service should use Critical Control. I'm forever grateful.

The sink pipe broke and made a huge water leak go all over the place in our kitchen. Critical control came in 30 minutes and it was 3:00 Am. They dried out everything and put us all back together - Loved Nate he is great!

I had a very educational experience at critical control during their open house. They had a fire demo set up that showed off their equipment and the process they go through when a fire occurs.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Unethical and a total FRAUD. I hired them for an extensive water/sewage leak at my house. They employ incompetent workers. The guy who does their sheet rock and painting does not know what he is doing. He used the wrong paint (not for humidity in a bathroom) and had to repainted. The sheet rock where it is to be cut in with the new and the old he left a HUGE noticeable seam. He came back 3 time and never could get it to look like they were never here like they promised. The "padded" their invoice by over $15,000.00 with work that they never did. Lindsey told me that this is a "game" they play with the insurance company. They fraudulently overcharge and use that as a bargaining chip when the insurance company offers a low payout. My insurance company decided not to play their game and now Critical Control is suing me for the fraudulent charges that my insurance company wouldn't pay. Their lawyer called me and threatened that I could be the one charged with insurance fraud if I did not pay them. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!

Critical control came out and did an inspections and found water damage in my walls. They did an amazing job remediating it. Thank you critical control

We had a house fire in April in our kitchen, which was very scary to experince. The CCR crew cleaned the damage from our home and rebuilt our home not only exactly how we wanted it but better than we could have even imagined. They were there from day 1 and made the whole process much easier then we could have imagined. Cindy was so amazing at cleaning the house out and cleaned so many of the items that were so important to us. Nate was so wonderful to answer any questions we had and helped make our home perfect. They are simply amazing.
