Had water damage in a rental unit. Water line to ice maker broke and was not detected for a couple of days. Condo had to be dried out before replacing walls and flooring The work performed was done on time and with great communications between all parties.

Critical Control helped us immensely during a time of mass chaos. We were hit with a broken pipe that flooded most of our home, and they helped us immediately. They deployed in 25 minutes and got our house back to normal. It was a total white glove service. They also knew how to remediate from Mold, which is an amazing intricate specialty.
