We just finished our build with Cretin Townsend Homes and were so impressed with the whole process from initial consultation, to design layout and picking colors/finish, through to end of the build. The original price didn’t change (we didn’t need any chang orders) and communication was early, clear, and always followed up to finish. Kyle was amazing and kept us in the loop with everything. Our last house was a DRHorton and the difference in experience was HUGE. The difference in quality and schedule was also significantly better with CTHomes. I’ve been recommending them to everyone considering a build because of how impressed we were with the whole experience.

Wonderful experience with Cretin Townsend Homes, specifically with our assigned builder, Ramon. He answered and took care of every question or request I had, and in a timely fashion. It was our first time building and it couldn't have gone more smoothly! A huge positive is that we've had a couple unbiased outside vendors tell us what great quality our home is, and that it is rare to find with many new homes that are being built! Even during the framing process, we had an outside source look at the structure and they communicated to us that CT Homes went above and beyond the standard of home to ensure we have a solid, quality home! We are so happy that we chose CT Homes to build our home! It is a great feeling knowing we have a house that we not only had input into the layout and design, but also that it is sturdy and of solid quality!

We had a wonderful experience building our forever home with Cretin Townsend. Judy helped us with the design of our home, and had many great suggestions to help make our floorplan work best for our family. CT's communication through the build process was simply spectacular. We would communicate with our builder, Kyle, almost daily. Kyle did a great job keeping us updated on the weekly schedule of our build, answered all of our questions, and made the process very enjoyable. This was our first custom home build experience. The designs to choose from are beautiful, and you can make them your own! The building process was a little frustrating, especially since we live right beside where we built! Now that everything is finished and behind us… We love our new home! A nice final touch was the homeowners manual we received with all the pertinent information such as paint color, roof information, and numbers to the subcontractors. Nicely done!

I just want to give shout out to Josh and David K for the masterpiece of a house they built for us. The build journey was made much more pleasant and less stressful mainly due to their superb customer service and their willingness to help with our non stop requests to get the house we dreamed of. They made that dream a reality and I want to thank them and every member of CT team that was part of the process.
