We had a wonderful experience at Crestline Dental Clinic. We visited for our mother’s toothache, and Dr. Shilpa was extremely polite and reassuring throughout the process. She explained the procedure in detail, which really helped us feel comfortable and confident about the treatment. The clinic is very well maintained, and all the equipment appears to be new and modern. They also open a fresh kit for each patient, which clearly shows their commitment to hygiene and safety. What truly stood out was the care even after the procedure. Dr. Shilpa personally called to check on our mother’s recovery and asked us to reach out to her on WhatsApp if anything came up. I took my uncle to crestline where Dr.shilpa analysed and explained me in detail about the root cause and about the next steps. Root canal followed by crown fixing was done. Thereafter I took my other 2 family members back to back for different issues which got sorted in just 1 single consultation only. Clinic was hygienic, response was clear, good and prompt.
