Commercial Concrete Project in Progress – Centerview Fire Department
Crescostone is proud to be working with the Centerview Fire Department on a new commercial concrete project right here in East Tennessee. This addition is starting with a strong foundation – literally. Our crew recently completed the concrete footers and foundation slab footer, along with a complete drainage system designed to shed water properly so the building will stay dry and stable for years to come.
On this project, we also leveled and graded the site to ensure the concrete surface won’t hold water, and we’ve tied the foundation into CMU block walls that will eventually support lentils, structural framing, and a new roof system. Right now, these photos and video show Phase 1 of construction – the groundwork that ensures everything built on top will last.
