From the very first phone call, their team provided exceptional customer service—patiently guiding us through each step, answering every question, and offering genuine comfort during one of the hardest moments of our lives. Their communication was thorough and timely, ensuring everything was clear and handled with dignity. We never felt rushed or overwhelmed; instead, we felt supported and reassured every step of the way. The staff’s warmth and respect for our family and for my mother meant more than words can express. We received excellent preplanning services from Shakeema. Highly, highly recommend her. She walked us through the entire process, she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with what is inherently a difficult life stage to plan. We were very pleased with the options and prices, and were able to set it up for both of us within a few days. Very satisfied.
