When my mother passed I had no idea what to do. Fortunately she had purchased a plan that included The Cremation Society of Pennsylvania. One phone call was all it took and the gentlemen were at our home so quickly. It was such a comfort to me as they were so sympathetic and respectful. They also help me with any questions I had afterwards. I intend to purchase a plan like this for myself so my children can feel the same comfort when the time comes. I highly recommend them. Comfort and reassurance are so valuable in a time like this.

The services that were provided to me by Cremation Society of Pennsylvania during an extremely hard period of my life were outstanding, professional, personal and customer oriented. A quick turnaround was always accomplished regardless of the nature of the event, which allowed me to focus my efforts on my personal matters. This organization should be commended on their efforts during this trying time for me.

They were very friendly and professional at this most difficult time. All questions were answered promptly and in a caring manner. I had requested the personal items be mailed before every thing else, it wasn’t a problem. We received everything faster than I expected. I’m very pleased with their service.

They were very helpfull. Their prices are so much cheaper than the funeral home. No extra or hidden charges.

I needed to arrange my cremation and pay for it, so my wife and daughter didn't have to do anything but call in when the time came. I had a very professional Sales Manager who came to my house, Rocco Zagari. He handled everything for me flawlessly, He prepared all the paperwork, went over the costs with me, and also arranged financing for me, and insurance. He impressed me and I felt very good about signing the paperwork. I know the Cremation Society will handle things for my family when the time comes. Their service was excellent, and Rocco was too. I would highly recommend this company to any family needing to arrange a cremation. Outstanding!

Jon and the staff at cremation society of Pennsylvania were absolutely fantastic, we lost both our parents three months apart and they went above and beyond what was expected at a very rough time for us. The kindness and understanding they showed, along with being available to answer any and all questions we had is so appreciated. I would give them 10 stars if possible.

I was intending to make arrangements for my cremation when Hien Nguyen called me.to offer a presentation on the Cremation Society. He did a very thorough job of explaining the services provided without any high pressure sales talk. The entire process only took about an hour and it could have been a little less if I didn’t talk so much. One less burden for the kids.

The Neptune Society of Pennsylvania handled the services for my brother in the most professional, compassionate and supportive manner. Every detail was handled flawlessly and seamlessly. Rocco and Jon of the Pittsburgh Wexford Office were the best! They were extremely professional and considerate.
