My representative was very informative & helped me with the process. He explained everything in detail & walked me through it all. I was never pressured to buy anything. It took maybe 60 minutes for my husband & I to get everything taken care of. I would recommend this company to anyone thinking of cremation. The earlier you plan ahead, the easier it will be on your family.

Our family's experience with every staff person at the Cremation Society has been amazing. They have walked us thru grief, loss, closure, the difficult details, paperwork and costs of death with empathy, compassion and clarity.
They did this twice - once with our father, most recently with our mother.
Our parents had prepurchased their plan, which brought peace of mind and even more "simplicity" to the process.
If I lived in PA or any state that the Cremation Society operates I would pre purchase their plan in a heart beat.
Recommended without any hesitation.
