Mike and his crew installed an 18x36 swimming pool in our backyard. His work was timely and his crews were professional. The reason we chose to go with Creative Structures was he was one of the few pool installers who handled everything from grading, plumbing, and electrical in house no waiting on subcontractors. 10 out 10 would recommend.

Read the whole post:( After contacting numerous pool companies and meeting with three, I decided to use creative structures. Although my pool isn’t quite finished, it’s close and they are Very knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Will update with pics as soon as we get finished up completely……update on 10/4/24. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻They never finished the job. Took them a year now, asked for more money along the way, and the concrete is a mess. I’ve tried talking to them and they don’t want to finish or repair a thing instead blaming us for any issue. We have used our pool a dozen times maybe…..I have email threads, text threads etc and they finally replied today when I threatened a lawsuit. Owner thinks he can outspend ya on a lawyer and throws his money around as a threat. I’ll enclose pics and you can see for yourself. This was 150k plus pool work done this year. Creative structures and nobody else but them are responsible. I have videos of the isisses of the mechanical problems as well. Thru a little research I’ve learned this has happened to many others and hope this will help prevent that. Once they got all the payments they didn’t want to finish or reply. Do not recommend whatsoever

The work Mike and his team did on our pool was amazing!! Due to damage of the previous owners, we thought we were going to have to fill our pool with dirt. Mike came out and talked to us and let us know he could fix it and get it running like new again. Mike helped us transform our backyard into something we can be proud of and enjoy with our whole family. We could never thank Mike and Erin enough for what they did for us. We also upgraded our driveway with them and couldn’t be happier with the work they did!

Creative Structures came in and saved the day for me! Finished my pool project, retaining wall, concrete and electrical! They take pride in their work! Mike and Erin and crew always make me feel like I can call with any questions. When I call with a question, everyone is responsive and kind! A great company to work with!

Can't thank Mike and his team enough! We had an awful pool build experience with another contactor and Mike came in and helped us finish the project! He's incredibly knowledgeable and easy to work with. Won't work with any other company for our outdoor needs moving forward.

100/10 couldn't recommend them enough!! If you know anybody looking to put a pool in Mike, Erin, and their team at Creative Structures are the only phone call you need to make. If you want a builder that will actually show up when they say they'll be there, they're your people. A builder that will actually answer the phone while they're in the middle of digging another pool, they're your people. Very honest, upfront, and transparent throughout the entire process and their initial estimate was spot on. We did our research with several other builders and heard horror story after horror story, but the guys (and gal) at Creative Structures put our worries at ease. We are looking forward to great summers ahead with our dream backyard. Thank you!

The outdoor spaces that Mike and crew built for our home are life changing for us! We now have several spectacular outdoor “rooms” for entertaining or just relaxing. Our outdoor kitchen (including pizza oven) has been the focal point of many gatherings. We couldn’t be more pleased and impressed with the creativity and professionalism of Creative Structures!

Awesome job! Not only did these guys turn our backyard into our own private oasis, they poured a massive driveway for us. Always helpful and professional. Hands down best construction experience I’ve ever had. Customer for life!!!
