Truly hands down Love it here!! My Wife started coming here back in 2021 for therapy and then a couple months later I started coming here for therapy as well and for Couples therapy as well! I've been seeing Mrs. Stacey and she is truly down to Earth and such a really amazing Therapist!! She's truly amazing and is Family now!! I've been coming for Medical PTSD, from my Cancer Journey along with many other issues!! Also I'm a Vet and not too long after started seeing Mrs. Stacey, they were able to get in Connection with the VA! I personally never really ever felt safe and open enough to talk to VA therapist's cause it's the VA...

Our kids therapist Miss Cathy, is the best therapist!!! She deserves all the stars. I’m only giving it a 4 because I agree with the billing comment. They way overcharged us with little to no explanation. The lady Cassy Fulton was disrespectful and rude about the manner too. So just be aware.

Very insightful and lovely ladies! I would recommend Creative Counseling to anyone seeking mental health care. I would also ignore people who say that Healthcare doesn't send you to debt collections. Please tell me what reality you're in so I can move there.

HORRIBLE PLACE. they are complete LIARS about their billing. I received a very aggressive letter in the mail that didn’t have a header on it and someone wrote a handwritten note that I’ll be sent to debt collections. They said they’ve been trying to email call and text and I haven’t received one thing from them at all communication wise. I haven’t seen them in over a YEAR. When I called multiple times, no one would pick up the phone. I finally spoke with someone named Kacy who is out of a different state, who gave me an attitude and said that she does all of the billing. I told her that I also work in healthcare and no one is ever sent to debt collections and that this is completely absurd. I requested to speak with the owners and she gave me attitude about speaking with them. Why would I trust a place to take care of me and then send me a harassing letter that is untrue. Thank goodness, I switched to a different place. I think they are shady.

Creative Counseling Center of Northwest Arkansas is truly an amazing place. I’ve been attending sessions for almost two years, and it has genuinely changed my life. I’ve been seeing Stacey for about 6 months. She has been great for me and my family. She connects with me in a way that is very catered to me and my personality. I have had a very hard year this year and Stacey has helped me keep my head on straight and move through the storm. She has even scheduled emergency sessions when I was completely falling apart and needed her. I would 10/10 recommend her to anyone needing MH help.

I was brand new to therapy and had no idea what to expect. I have to say after experiencing the empathy, kindness, and life changing insights at Creative Counseling Center I only wish I had started going sooner! Beth is just so wonderful. She is that special kind of person who knows how to provide a safe environment where I feel I can share anything. When it comes to therapy, trauma work, etc. she knows her stuff! She has provided me with real tools that I can go out and use to successfully navigate this oftentimes unpredictable/scary/difficult/joyful/beautiful experience we call life. Creative Counseling Center is welcoming, warm, and it’s such a beautiful environment. If you’re new to therapy or thinking about trying somewhere new I couldn’t recommend them more!

Beth is absolutely AMAZING! I have been seeing her since February. I didn't think I would feel comfortable talking to someone about person stuff but she makes you feel so comfortable! She helps you understand things in all ways & very down to earth. The office is very warm & welcoming. If you are looking for a therapist I HIGHLY recommend them!

I absolutely love this place. First of all, the vibes in the building are amazing. It feels very homey and definitely feels like a safe space. All of the girls there are kind, smart, and careful. If you ever feel the need that you need to talk to somebody please go here. They are so thoughtful and will take amazing care of you! Love this place and will return!

I just absolutely blessed that my wife started coming here and convinced me to join her! Mrs. Stacey is my therapist and she’s hands down the absolute best!! I’ve been coming here here for over 3 years! She works around my schedule as much as possible and she truly goes above and beyond to make sure my needs are satisfied or make sure I’m pointed in the right direction!
