Jason has did HVAC work for all my rental properties for years and has always is extremely thorough and gives us tips on our duct work with helping us figure out air movement to areas in the house where air is restricted due to longer main lines.

I reached out to Jason to test and remove mold in a home I was trying to purchase. He confirmed that he was licensed to test mold with my realtor and broker on the phone. I should Have known he was not legit when the receipt and estimate he handed me was not for mold testing but for carpet cleaning. My bank questioned if he was licensed. When I asked him to provide the info to the bank he replied that he was not actually licensed to test mold. I asked him for my money back. No reply. I left a 1 star review and he called me to cuss me out. I have a pending claim with the better business bureau. He said he would give my money back only if I took down my honest review. He did not give me My money back and has since stopped replying

Jason was absolutely fantastic! He was able to clean my carpets way past my expectations! Also at very reasonable rate! I had some pretty bad high traffic areas from previous owners and I was astonished to how they turned out!

I can't believe the terrible service I received from (JASON OWNER OF CREAM CITY CARPET & AIR DUCT CLEANING LLC)When I called for a simple carpet cleaning, they flat-out refused to help me because I have pet stains. Seriously? What kind of carpet cleaning company can't handle stains? Their customer service was not only unprofessional but downright rude. They made me feel like my request was unreasonable, which is absurd. Pet stains are a common issue, and any decent company should be prepared to deal with them. This company clearly doesn't care about their customers or their needs. Avoid Jason and anything to do with Cream City at all costs, especially if you have pets. Total waste of time and extremely frustrating experience.
