Cream City Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning LLC

I am extremely content with the services of Cream City Carpet. We have now used them twice in the last 6 years. The first time was when we bought our home, the previous owners abused the carpet, appeared to never clean - leaving the vents clogged with dust, and 4 other carpet cleaning companies told us the carpet was shot and they would not do the work to clean it. We decided to try 1 more company, and Cream City carpet came to the rescue. He observed the carpet and was extremely confident that he could not only clean the carpet, but help restore and prolong the life … and he did an incredible job back then. We also used his services to flush out the ducting in our home. The second time we used their service was when we had to move on military orders and we turned our property into a rental. Again, he did amazing work to restore our carpet. They have very powerful industrial equipment and charge a very fair/reasonable price for their service and quality of work performed. They were able to get many stains, foot traffic marks, and other markings out of the carpet with reasonable expectation. I have been extremely satisfied with the quality of work and communication to me, both times we have used them. Before and After photos provided for the work most recently performed.

Jason at cream city was fabulous to work with…my carpets needed extra attention due to a dog in the house and lots of hair…he stayed with it until it was perfect and gave me tips for going forward. His price was very competitive blew away the other competition. I highly recommend Jason- cream city carpets I am having him back for my dryer vent in my air duct cleaning.

Jason came out to our home during a difficult time for our family. He was on time, knowledgeable and did an excellent job cleaning the ducts & dryer vent. He showed us pictures of duct work and the dryer vent before he did his work and after. Pricing was on point with what a friend that works in the industry said he would charge. We hired Cream City for duct cleaning and Jason and Ethan did an excellent job. They were very professional, conscientious, knowledgeable and thorough. Jason, the owner, is very communicative, returning all calls in a timely manner. He unexpectedly found mold in one of our cold air returns (outside wall) and immediately remediated it for us. We highly recommend them and would definitely hire them again.

I was very pleased with the results as well as the entire transaction and interaction. Great communication, came in got set up quickly and worked hard until the job was done. The hardest part was finding a service with Google reviews that didn't appear like the reviews were paid for. glad I landed on Cream City. I am moving soon and wanted my three wool area rugs cleaned. I am not able to move them myself. I found Cream City on Google. I called and he had an opening within my time frame. He was punctual and made my rug look bright and new. Very pleased with Jason’s work.
