I have never dealt with such an unprofessional contractor. They are extremely unreliable, inconsiderate of customers, and have very extremely poor manners and communication. We scheduled a consultation for 2PM, and my elderly mother drove to my house from an hour away to be there for it since it was going to be for construction of in law suite for her. At 11:50AM, an office worker (Carrie) left me a message cancelling the consultation because they (Jesse) wanted to complete work on a job he was already on. I called back and asked if Jesse could possibly just come a bit later, since my mom was already at my house for the appointment. They agreed and said Jesse could come between 2:30-3PM. We were willing to wait. At 2:50 (three hours later), Carrie called and told me Jesse went to the wrong address far away and could no longer come to my house before dark (which is when my mom had to leave). She asked if we could have our consultation the next day. I was upset but agreed to noon, and the next day, my elderly mother again drove an hour out to my house for the 12PM consultation. At 12:10, Jesse still had not arrived. No phone call letting us know he was going to be late, nothing. I called Carrie and was immediately hung up on. I called again, and she told me she had hung up on me to call Jesse. She said she couldn’t get ahold of him but would call me back when she did. At 12:30 (already half an hour late), she called to tell me Jesse was finally on his way, but wouldn’t be at my house for about another half an hour. I asked why he was going to be an hour late, and she said she didn’t have a reason. This made THREE times this company had stood us up and wasted our time. I told her that we would not be going with their company for our project. I would never book a large, expensive project with a company that I can’t even rely on to show up or communicate. I’m upset that they wasted two days of our time, but I’m glad they saved me the trouble of making a horrible mistake.

If I could give this company a 100 star rating I would. I am more than thrilled by the work that I have received. The craftsmanship, professionalism, communication, and kindness provided by Jesse and the entire crew has exceeded my expectations. I have never worked with a better team. I absolutely plan to work with this company again. I would recommend this company to anyone that is looking for high quality and affordable work. I had pressured treated wood installed for my new fire escape stairs. I also had a new door installed that was properly flashed.

Jesse and his crew did a great job installing a new roof on my house! They got started only a few days after the contract was signed. The roof was finished in two days and it looks great. Price was just right. Jesse recommended the perfect color shingle and we are thrilled with the final results. I’d recommend Crawford Construction to anyone looking for roof work.

Jesse and Crawford Construction came in clutch when I was almost out of options. I am a 1st year teacher at a local high school. A few of my students were to compete in a competition but it was required to have safety gear to attend. The one thing we were missing were hard hats. I knew that with the time we had left my school would not be able to acquire them in time. I decided to reach out to local construction companies to see if anyone could help out, Crawford Construction being one of them. Jesse got back to me less than an hour after I sent the email. He was willing to donate the hard hats needed along with some shirts for my students. Not only that, he delivered them right to my school even though I was willing to pick them up. Although I did not use the company for construction, because of the quick response time and professionalism from Jesse, this company will definitely be my first pick if I need a construction company. My students and I are so incredibly grateful for Crawford Construction for being so generous to donate the hard hats we needed. Without them, we would not have been able to compete in this competition.

Crawford Construction replaced the full roof on a large 16,000 sq ft hangar at the capital city executive airport. Jesse was very informative and helpful with the entire process. He was easy to communicate with and ensured the project was completed to our satisfaction. His team was very professional and, kept the area as safe as possible throughout the demolition and reconstruction process. We would recommend Crawford for future projects at our facility. He is very honest , trust worthy and reliable and finished in time.
