Crane Overhead Door, Hangar & Pole Barns

Huge Thank you to Carl and Chase for coming to check out and fixing my manual garage door. These two came out to the house without any tools and made short work of untangling the cables, and tightened up the spring too! Carl didn’t even hesitate when he realized he needed a wrench and socket to tighten the spring, Carl used my Pink and Black set of tools!!! You guys ROCK!!! Thank you so much!!! Highly recommend !!!!

My wife called to get an estimate on repairing our garage door. Crane said that they would be out the next day (1/6) which I thought was impressive, they said between 1600-1630 wife took off work to be there and no call and no show. The next day (1/7) the office called and apologized said their guy got stuck on a job and if it would work for us, they would come out when convenient. We agreed on a time a couple days later (1/8) they gave the same 1600-1630 time frame. At 1655 the estimator called to let us know he was not going to make it out. 2 days leaving early from work for no reason.

I highly recommend Crane!! I called and spoke with Carl this morning to repair a door that had been installed incorrectly by an individual who greatly misrepresented himself. Jeremy arrived approx. 1 hour following my initial call. It took Jeremy all of 5-minutes to diagnose the problem and within 90 minutes he was completed with the repair and the door was operating correctly. I won't go into detail regarding the first "Installer" (and I use that term very loosely) but PLEASE properly vet anyone that you, as a homeowner hire to install or repair anything!! In the event that ANY additional garage door work &/or repairs are needed my first and only call will be to Crane. Specifically Carl & Jeremy: Thank You!!!

Carl installed my door 20 years ago and this is the first problem i have had (Broken spring) . Glad I called them first! Had it fixed and operating like new the next day. Great professional service and reasonable price. Highly recommend this business!

These guys are a class act with great customer service. Do what they say they are going to do and don't try to upsell the customer or try to talk you into spending more money. They came out and looked at my garage door same day I called them..then came out the very next day and fixed it..it had alot of problems! All for a very reasonable price.

The technician Justin came out and repaired our garage door as it would not open or close. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. Kevin from the Deer Park Crane Overhead Door Office was fantastic. He came out same day to look at the project. I have a single car garage door that I wanted a door opener installed on. The problem for me was the spring was installed butted all the way up to the ceiling, so much so that the sheetrock on the ceiling was cut away so the cable drums protruded above the sheet rock. Kevin showed up promptly the next day to cut the rails and lower the spring so an opener could be installed. I had purchased a garage door opener from home depot for him to install. He informed me that because I had a 10 foot door I needed the extension kit to add to the opener. I purchased the extension kit and when it arrived I called Kevin to install the door opener and he was able to come out and finish the install on me preferred scheduled time. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable, friendly, prompt and provided a service at a very fair price. I would definitely recommend Crane Overhead Door service to anyone who has the need for service. Thanks again Kevin.

The whole process with Crane Overhead Door and Hangars was great. Dakota, did the estimate for my broken garage door spring on June 24 and was flexible, on time, honest, and easy to talk with. He did not try to sell me on things I did not need. Justin, did the installation on June 25, and was knowledgeable, worked quickly and efficiently and answered all my questions and was very professional. I highly recommend this company. Homeowners beware - Do your research. I received written estimates from two other local companies. Company X, wanted $45 per ball bearing roller and was told I needed 10, they also told me I needed 3 flanged ball bearings for center or end plate and charged for the estimate. Crane Overhead Door showed me I did not need these items and saved a great deal of money.

I had a pole building built by Solid Structures. Three garage doors were part of the design. 12x12, 10x10, & 9x8. Solid Structures arranged the garage door installation. That was my good fortune because they lined up Crane Overhead Doors! Austin Crane, the installation crew, office personnel, everyone I've spoke to or dealt with in any way have been great, attentive and responsive! The doors turned out great. They'll be back soon to install openers (something I should have arranged initially). Very happy with Crane and highly recommend!

Excellent work done removing old overhead doors in Deer Park and installing two new ones. Clean, professional, and timely. Communicated well when a change was needed.
