Crandall Eye Physicians and Surgeons

I was at my annual eye exam today to get my contacts and glasses refilled. The computers were down, therefore the techs were not able to answer any of my questions. After almost two hours of screening and finally getting to see Dr Crandall, She too would not answer any of my questions. She was totally rude and disrespectful. She entered room looked at each eye and immediately announced she would not refill my prescriptions until I had resolved my glaucoma. My last years exam she diagnosed me with glaucoma and advised laser surgery. I got a second opinion from another doctor and he said not needed. She did not genuinely talk to me or ask any questions. I nicely said I did not understand. My eyes were dilated, I did not have my glasses on and explained I could not see and did not understand what was happening. After a total of roughly five minutes in there, She abruptly left without answering any of my concerns or questions. She was totally uninterested in what I had to say or ask. I highly recommend finding another eye doctor. I am 62 and have never in my life been treated so harshly by a doctor. I strongly recommend finding another doctor who is sympathetic and professional!

If you have vision insurance and want glasses you won’t get glasses here. They don’t do vision insurance. Wish theyd told me that I wouldn’t be getting glasses here with my exam when I Asked if they took my insurance . The front staff and nurses are very friendly. Felt a bit unimportant once I saw physician and left once again felling dismissed. I don’t think she likes for you to ask her questions. She only talks to her transcriber.

The staff are patient friendly and knowledgeable about their different areas of care. Dr. Crandall cares about her patients eye health. She communicates her findings and treatment plan with you and ask you if you have any questions.

Crandall Eye gave my daughter & I friendly, professional eye care. It was my first ever eye exam and the staff were amazing. Dr. Crandall herself was thorough, caring, and kind. Thank you all for our 1st appointment.

This is an excellent place for getting the care your eyes needs. All the staff are excellent at what they do. They take their time from their busy schedule and listen to any concerns or questions you may have. The DR. is professional and excellent at getting your eyes the care they need. I was dealing with trash in my eye from cutting grass and I called and they worked me in the same day and it was removed. You just don't get that kind of satisfaction from Dr's these days like it used to be. I really appreciate all the staff and DR. has done and the professionalism they show that is lacking in most facilities today. Thanks a lot!

I was greeted at door very professionally at front desk. Prior to seeing the doctor, the technicians worked very harmoniously with my preparation and demonstrated good team work 👏🏿. The doctor arrived and examine my complaints and sat down to speak to me. All was well in her findings except a few minor things. Thank God for no glaucoma. A new prescription was given from the eyes shifting and this is something I just decided to get used to wearing glasses. Bottom line is I am very pleased. Oh and yes, I met a very kind woman of much history in Georgia. Born and raised in Moultrie. Had a very good conversation. The ancestors were present. Odeda ❤️

Caring, considerate, patient, flexible, thorough, professional, timely, accommodating. The entire staff - the Optical shop included - gets 5 stars for their care and support of my Dad (90 years young!).

I had a problem with my eye. I called Dr Crabdall's office and was given an immediate appointment. Dr Crandall examined and diagnosed my problem right away. She gave me an appointment to return in the afternoon to remedy the problem. I appreciate the attentiveness and caring of Dr. Crandall and her entire staff. She is truly the best.

I was suffering and when I called over the weekend, I got a call first thing Monday morning. They got me in right away to be seen. Dr. Crandall was very patient and understanding. Made sure my issue was addressed. Great service!!
