From Evan to Christina and Glen everyone has been very awesome to work with and explaining the process and options along the way. We were going to be owing money being hit by an under-insured motorist and at least now we have some hope of getting all of the bills paid for. They, all who are named, were very professional and kind in all of there dealings and being very accessible when any question came up. Picking up the phone and dialing Craig Swapp was a great idea. The process is streamlined and very organized from the beginning of the phone call. The name of the representative that answered was Tayah and she was more than helpful answering all of my questions of which some were complicated to me. Just getting information helped me get some weight off of my shoulders and feel like there was something I can do about the crash my family and I endured.
