In December 2024, due to the negligence of a police officer on duty, my husband and I became victims of a car accident. We turned to this law firm for help in obtaining compensation and covering our medical expenses. Unfortunately, our experience with them was extremely disappointing. From the very beginning, we received no proper attention or communication. We were not informed about the progress of the case, and I always had to call them myself just to get an update. The answer was always the same: “We’re waiting.” This went on repeatedly, with no clear actions being taken. Meanwhile, we started receiving unpaid medical bills, but from the law firm we kept hearing only: “We’re waiting.” In the end, the compensation we received was so insignificant that it didn’t even cover my lost wages from the time I couldn’t work because of the accident. At our very first meeting, the attorney mentioned completely different numbers, which gave us hope for real support — but instead we got empty promises. It truly felt as if this firm was working more in favor of the at-fault party than in defense of their own clients. To make matters worse, after this case my insurance company even increased my monthly payment by $40. This experience was a bitter disappointment. I sincerely hope never to be in such a situation again, but if I am, I will never turn to this law firm. I consider their work unprofessional, irresponsible, and absolutely unacceptable.
