Called Craig after 5 pm and he was here the next day to access my water heater. Though the news was not good, my water heater was under warranty and he was able to replace it within a few days. The install was done well before the estimate he gave me so very happy.

BEWARE, everyone. This business does not stand by their service contracts. I was working with their HVAC guy, Dean, for several years and he was great. He is no longer with the company. I had a new furnace installed by him as well as 2 new AC units. With those, I was offered several years of free servicing of the units. I was never told if Dean's departure and also never received reminder calls for servicing the units. I've now reached out to Craig, the owner, whom I've met and seemed like a decent guy. I've reached out about 6 times over the last two years. Only once did he answer and he said he was busy but would call me back. He never did. I've called, emailed, texted. Nothing. My only guess is he is not wanting to honor the service agreements that were included with the purchase and installation of the HVAC units. Very disappointing.

Craig is the one I trust to work on our boiler. There is no other I would want to work with. His knowledge, experience and honesty has made us a life long customer.

My experience with Craig Plumbing was great. He helped me with 2 different projects, replacing toilets and leaking faucet. He was knowledgeable, quick and reasonably priced. He let me know that I could call the faucet manufacturer and get the replacement part for free. Very accessible by text with any questions I had. Would highly recommend

Craig came the same day I called. He was friendly and fast. He fixed the problem quickly and at a reasonable price. I will use him next time I have a plumbing or HVAC problem.

Does good work, is friendly and very knowledgeable. Craig has been in the plumbing business for over 10 years. He owns the company so is a better deal than larger companies. I would definitely hire him again!

After having an air conditioner replaced and a furnace rebuilt, I can honestly recommend Craig for anything - he is honest, if there is a problem, he identifies and fixes it immediately. Can’t say enough good things!
