I had some work done by Craig Gordon Building and Renovations LTD Recently and I think the work was done superbly. Great management from the business and always kept in contact with what I needed done. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone and not pay too much attention to the one star review as you can see all the great reviews being left by others. Again would recommend this company to anyone if you need anything done to your property. No complaints whats so ever 😊

Having recently moved to Edinburgh, I needed to have some work done on my new place. After looking at a few local companies, I decided to go with Craig Gordon Building Services and Renovations Ltd as Craig was quick to respond, reliable, and took the time to talk me through the whole process. I would highly recommend them. The standard of workmanship was excellent, everything was completed within the agreed timeframes, and communication throughout was clear and professional. Any questions were answered promptly, making the entire process straightforward and stress-free.

I used Craig Gordon a couple of months ago to remove an old fireplace and boiler and redesign the area. I was really impressed with the thoughtfulness of the workers, particularly the plasterer, who made every effort to make the area look really good. I'll definitely keep Craig Gordon in mind for any future work and wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

Craig's team constructed decking for our back garden. Asked for a quote after seeing the great work they did at my neighbour's property. All the guys were very helpful and kept us in the loop. Work was done to a very high standard (especially Gary) and care was taken each night to sweep up etc. Will be getting them back in 2024 to renew my kitchen.

I was between tenants at my rental property and needed it given a thorough refresh. Having panicked about what was needed and how I'd manage everything and worried about what should be done first, a quick chat with Craig and it was all sorted out. A one stop shop. The quality of the work has been fantastic which makes such a difference, the decorators were so thoughtful with what they were doing, and Craig had some practical solutions to problems which were good value but still look great. Delighted to work with Craig and his team and will do so again.

We converted an attic into 2 bedrooms, a shower room and loo. This took a lot of work and Craig and the builders kept things in order e.g. noted when the surveyor's drawings were not fit for purpose. I am most impressed with the follow up - any problems (very few) have been dealt with adequately and promptly. I had never done anything like this before so really appreciated the support from Craig, the office staff and the workers. Our extension looks really fab and has been admired by many! Thank you

My thanks to Craig Gordon and his team who stepped in at short notice to complete necessary work on our new home extension when we were badly let down by the original builder. Without Craig's help we would not have been able to complete the work within the council's timescale. Craig's team arrived on time and the work was carried to the council's satisfaction. Greatly appreciated and highly recommend company.

Another great job completed by Craig Gordon Building Services for us at Southpark Retirement Home. Initial contact, quote and agreeing the job all went well with excellent communication. Our joiner was great and happy to workaround the needs of our staff, residents and Chef! Nothing was too much trouble and he did a brilliant job making and installing the new doors. Many thanks and you remain our first contact for any building replacement or repair work for us.

We hired Craig Gordon Building Services to undertake structural work to my ground floor flat after having a bad experience with another firm. The job involved was quite technical; a load bearing wall had to be removed, an existing steel needed replacing and a complex system of new steel supports fitting. After contacting Craig, an initial quote was sent within 24hrs, followed up by a visit where the quote was tailored. Craig showed up exactly when we had arranged, and we booked in the same week for 6 weeks time. Tam and the guy's showed up as expected on the start date and undertook the work in a professional and efficient manner, respecting our need to keep the mess contained best as possible. The job took a little longer than expected and there was some confusion regarding a support on the engineer's drawing, but the team rectified the oversight in a timely manner with decent communication. You can't really ask more than that, it's fine if things don't go to plan, it's how you react when things go wrong. Overall, we had a great experience with the team and would highly recommend them to others. I won't hesitate to contact Craig Gordon Building Services again if I need any further building work!

Craig and his team have just fitted laminate flooring and replacement skirting/door facings in our open plan lounge/dining area, and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. Craig provided a very prompt, and reasonable estimate; the work was started exactly when promised and, (despite problems not of their making) the team completed the work as scheduled. All in all an excellent experience and we would definitely use Craig and his team for any future work that we might have.
