The service and care at Crafted Dentistry is unmatched! The staff is very friendly and warm; I’ve had the pleasure of being helped by Alina, April, Brandi, Roberta and Dr. Satterlee, all of whom were exemplary in their roles and made me feel as comfortable as possible. The office itself feels modern, clean and fresh, with personal touches throughout, like staff bios rotating on the screens of each exam room and beverages stocked in the waiting area ( although I haven’t had to wait long at all to be seen!) I had a routine cleaning and a veneer replacement, with both procedures running smoothly and being throughly explained to me throughout the process. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dental team that goes above and beyond!

I used to get anxious about dentist visits but not anymore! The staff at Crafted Dentistry are so friendly, my hygenist Britny is super gentle, and Dr. Eric Satterlee is calm, caring, and never judgmental. They make every visit easy and stress-free for me! I highly recommend them!!!!

First time here... Loved Elayna. She was probably my best hygienist experience ever. Extremely gentle and caring. Very conscientious of my comfort, while still getting the job done. Crafted has a new patient for sure!

Love this office!!! If you’re looking for the best, they’re right here!! The receptionist, the dental hygienist, and especially the dentist!!! They are simply incredible. I’m very nervous at dental appointments, but they make it so easy!!! I’ve never had such patient care and genuine concern for my comfort. What more can I say… I love them all!!

Good day to all! I would like to share with you my impressions of the clinic "Crafted Dentistry of Ford Mill". The atmosphere of friendliness envelops from the reception to the doctor's office. I was met by the coordinator Alina, a sweet and charming girl. And she also speaks Russian, which was complete happiness for me. They examined me carefully and performed the extraction procedure. All actions are professional, during the procedure they constantly asked me about my well-being. In general, I am incredibly glad that I got to these guys. I recommend the clinic, especially for those who are looking for caring and professional doctors. And also Russian speakers who do not yet speak English well, but also want to receive full, qualified help.

Just relocated to Charlotte and was referred to this dental practice by a friend. The staff and clinicians at this office were welcoming, personable and professional. As I entered the practice, I was warmly greeted by the 2 office staff members who were very personable and accommodating. My hygienist, Brandi, was fantastic. Dr. Satterlee was friendly, professional and very skilled in his work. I was raised in the home of a dentist and around them all my life. I am not easily impressed by a dental practice but my first experience with everyone at Crafted Dentistry was 5 stars!!

Dr Satterlee is an amazing dentist. If you have ever heard the song from Owl City called dental care - it describes his practice. Fun upbeat and the best part (not sure how he does it) does not smell like a dentist office. I have a great fear of dentists and he has always made me feel super comfortable and will do whatever he can to make the visit as pleasant and relaxed as possible. I honestly recommend him more than any other dentist I have ever been to. I recently had a dental emergency and Dr Satterlee (who had already gone home for his weekend) drove back to his office so that he could call in an antibiotic for me. So I did not have to suffer for the weekend. THIS kind of service makes him my dentist and why I refer him to every one. (Including my mother).

I had my first visit with Crafted Dentistry today, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming and incredibly professional. This dental team is outstanding!

I’m never trusting anyone else with my teeth! Dr. Satterlee and his entire staff go above and beyond to provide the best experience and treatment possible. My concerns always feel heard and I feel safe knowing that they always have my best interest at heart. Their warmth paired with their professionalism takes all of the anxiety away from getting dental work done. I can’t recommend them enough!

Had my first “diagnostic” visit which included X-rays as well as the initial light cleaning and I absolutely loved my experience. Crafted’s staff was very cordial and my particular hygenist was sanitary and knowledgeable. She showed me in detail the results of the X-rays instead of just claiming that I needed a bunch of expensive treatment. I look forward to completing my treatment journey with Eric and the team.
