Craftech Restoration

We received a call that someone heard water running at my 87 year old mothers house the weekend she was staying at my house for a family party. Called Craftech after reading the reviews online and was pleasantly surprised as the service we received from the start, with Angie, who answered the phone to Shawn, Rich, Zack, Collin(with 2 L’s) and Connor who supplied my mom with packing boxes. There were more guys and girls but I don’t remember their names that were exceptional. It was both devastating and emotional for my mom saying goodbye to so many memories because her basement completely flooded and EVERYTHING had to be tossed out including the walls. In her kitchen, they removed the cabinets, her laundry room and her cherished table in the dining room all needed to be disposed of. I can’t express how kind and patient they were with my mom as she had to deal with all of this especially during the holidays and health issues. They handled everything from start to finish with professionalism and heart.

Craftech was recommended to us by our plumber after water damage in our finished basement when a toilet pump stopped working. Craftech came out the same day that I called them to view the mess and make a plan. They sent out a technician to do testing that same day. Craftech came back and took over the cleanup. They removed all the wet materials, cleaned up the area, and left fans and dehumidifiers to dry out the rooms. Somebody came out every day to check on the drying process, always calling in advance to see if we were available. They came back and removed all their equipment after everything was dried. They documented the entire process, taking pictures, measurement, etc. and submitted all documentation to our insurance adjuster for our insurance claim. Everyone who came to our home was polite and helpful. I hope to never need their service again, but I would definitely call them again if we have the need.

When I lost my house to a fire my insurance adjuster suggested Craftech. They were wonderful throughout the entire process. Very professional, accommodating, and communicative. When returning my items the team that arrived (Theresa, Zach G., Zach F, Nick C, Brittany and Kevin) was considerate of my belongings and space, and incredibly kind, professional, and efficient.

I had a flood in my house from a faulty washer. My claims adjuster called Craftech. The team was Connor and Josh on the first day. Both were very professional. I appreciated their services! Not only did they start the drying out process but they also came when they said they would and contacted me when they said they would. Over the next few days, the team consisting of Connor, Josh, Shawn, Garry Jr, Garry and Nick continuing the drying process and did demolition where it was needed. 7 days later, my house is dry and the demolition is complete, ready for the contractor to come in and consult with me about repairs. All in all, the team from Craftech was respectful of my time and house, professional, explained everything to me and cleaned up everything as well! Highly recommend

What a wonderful experience working with the folks at Craftech. From the initial point of contact to schedule their visit to the multiple visits that came after that. All the techs Garry, Garry jr, Jacob King, Connor,& Shawn were all excellent. Detailed explanations were provided in all aspects of the process. They were all very communicative, timely and professional. They took great care to be meticulous and thorough. A great experience overall.

We came across Craftech by luck one morning when another mitigation company canceled on short notice. I looked up reviews and found them just as our insurance agent recommended them on the phone. I spoke to Scott. He was able to come out to see our water damage later that day. He spoke to our ins adjuster and got the go ahead to proceed. They actually were able to come out the next day. Four workers came in the morning and completed by lunchtime. They left fans for 24 hours and picked up on a Saturday morning. The work was done neatly and quickly. I highly recommend Craftech!

The team came within hours of me calling, we can’t speak highly enough! The demolition was done with such care, no meds left behind!! The sanitation of the floor and our belongings that could be cleaned was done exceptionally well. They organized the space to let us know what was unable to be sanitized. Fans were left for a few days to dry the basement. They came by each day to check and rotate the fans. Will highly recommend them if ever needed by someone in a flood situation.
