2nd time returning customer. I genuinely couldn’t recommend them enough. I had a dent on the side of my car and they reassured me that it could be fixed. After my first repair here, I had a more than positive experience with them which is why I returned back for their services. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Highly professional and can do intricate jobs quickly!!

I searched on google for a local PDR and chose Craft PDR based on their 5 star google rating. Craft thoroughly deserve their 5 star rating, I contacted them via whatsapp and was able to book a next day appointment for the repair. Their technician arrived 10 or 15 minutes early which I highly rate, I'm not a fan of tardiness so we were off to a great start. As you can imagine based on all the other reviews the dent was removed promptly and I could't tell where the dent was prior. Happy days. I felt the price was fair and competitive for a mobile repair. Just had some fantastic work done on my S-Type Jaguar by this company. I could not be more pleased with the results. They completely removed a crease along my driver's side back door, which I would not thought possible, along with a couple of other small knocks I had received from the pleasure of supermarket parking! I wish I took before and after pictures to show how good the was as you would not know now any work had been done on the car.

Very friendly and straightforward. I was returning the car because of the leasing and one week prior of the return someone hit the door and make a big dent on it.
