Had a stellar experience with all of the team members here - consummate professionals! They were great about communicating, and lots of granite & quartz to pick from. Scheduling was a breeze, and I’m very happy the installation. The finished project looks great, and everything was done quickly and correctly. Pricing is also fair. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

My experience was truly top service from beginning to end. I met with Mike to plan and choose my counter top . He came to my house, measured everything and gave excellent suggestions. I also spoke with Philip who helped coordinate the entire project right up to the delivery. The installation crew was incredibly professional, detail oriented, communicative, focused and really finished making the entire process flawless. The quality of the countertop was even better in person and the final look is stunning. They stood by and delivered on everything we agreed to. I highly recommend and will use them again and again.

Craft Countertops is the real MVP…provided the best service of any company which I’ve hired in the last 20 years or more! They produced an outstanding countertop replacement in RECORD time with a great humility when the initial counter contractor ghosted me a for about a week prior to our son’s graduation, and allowed our family to conduct previously scheduled graduation events planned at our home on time with new kitchen countertops. The old counters were a non-starter. More amazingly, from initial contact, through installation and after completing the job, the service has been top notch. If I could give a super score greater than the highest score on the scale, I would award it to Craft Countertops. THANKS Mr. Omar and Mr. Suleman! Our kitchen counters were over 40 years old and did not match our updated cabinets and lighting. I am eternally grateful and give my highest endorsement. Again, THANKS.

The Craft Countertop entire team did excellent work from quote to installation and follow-up. They showed me the countertops in the warehouse and cut them to my kitchen specs within a week. We would like to thank Omar and his team at Craft Countertops for removing our old black countertop and installing Calacatta Miraggio-Gold. We were really impressed with their service, as everything from measurement to installation took only 4 days. Their pricing was extremely fair. We couldn't find any other provider that could beat their prices, stock and speed. We will definitely use them again for future projects!

We received exceptional service from Craft Countertops for our bathroom vanity. The quality and craftmanship of the countertop we purchased is way better than the online retail store product. We also needed to purchase side splash for another vanity and a door threshold and they went out of their way to accommodate our request. Their cost is very reasonable for the product and service we received. Easy communication. Fast delivery of product. Very fortunate to have found Craft Countertops and I will not hesitate to hire them again for our next project. Thank you so much !!

Awful. They took a $400 Kohler sink, cut the back flange off and charged me an extra $150. Voided the warranty. Ask Kohler help line. Kohler help was shocked. They had never heard of this. Crafter has no technology so everything is "handcrafted" i.e. curved lines are uneven. Nothing is symmetrical. They apparently didn't seal my granite. Guess they saved the cost of sealer. I asked for a 25" x 25" remnant for a small vanity. They said it was so small they throw them out. I requested they save a piece the next time they cut a kitchen. They did and charged me $100/ sq ft. full price. They seamed the countertop next to the sink instead of with the sink. Longer seam that shows. The color is off. So a big warning!

We had our kitchen renovation done by Prime Custom kitchen & Bath and Craft Countertops LLC took care of the counter tops. The gentleman who came over was extremely professional and carefully took the measurements. He was very friendly and explained to us the right measurements for a counter. We had chosen quartz with a large pattern for our waterfall islands and requested if it was possible to have the pattern continue without noticing the seam. Next day his team came and within a few hours the counters were placed. We were amazed with the result. The countertops were placed so well that it looks like if it was one piece without a seam. The craftsmanship of this company is incredible and it significantly enhanced the end result. We definitely recommend them.

Omer and Suleiman were great to work with. They are very prompt. Great listening skills and honest. Will definitely use them again if needed.
