Craft Countertops

I went to at least 10 countertop places. I liked these people, they felt trustworthy. They were very responsive. I was having trouble making a decision on which countertop I wanted so I asked Omar if he would take a video of the countertop slab so I could get a better visualization than the picture I had taken when I visited the store and he sent it to me within minutes. From the time I finally made my choice to installation was very quick. The installation crew was also great.

This is a very good company. They have fair prices and very nice. They worked with me one a day that worked best for me to install my countertops.They worked fast, everything was caulked, they installed my sink, measurements were on point, and even during the meeting he was very helpful!

Amazing service. I had my countertop installed in under 2 weeks from visiting the showroom after our kitchen flooded. Many companies in the area had 2 month long waiting periods for install. They offer a great selection of stone and color and were very knowledgeable to any questions we had. They also were happy to be cautious of glues and silicone they used due to my son’s asthma. I would recommend them to everyone!

The entire experience was amazing from start to finish. Jill was wonderful throughout the entire process and the installers were experts in their craft. Everything was done quickly and done well. Very happy with my new countertops and backsplash and will use them again for our bathrooms!

Our cost was $400 more than the estimate, and we wish we had been warned ahead of installation about our cabinets possibly not being level enough for the countertop so that we could have made provisions instead of simply being asked during installation what we wanted to do to fix the problem or if we had a carpenter. Installers did the best they could with shims but weren’t very friendly. In the end, we had to buy and cover the gaps with trim, yet another expense that could’ve been avoided but, all in all, we ended up with a beautiful countertop. Just wish we had been more informed up front.

Had a wonderful experience working with Laura in Martinsburg, as well as the installation crew. They did a fantastic job installing a countertop for a new island. It took less than 2 weeks from initial contact to installation, very fast service! We will be back for the rest of the kitchen when the time comes.

Amazing, pleasant experience from start to finish with Craft Countertops in Martinsburg , WV. This team is professional, knowledgeable, clean, neat and got the job done in no time at all. I first visited the showroom about a month ago unsure of exactly what I wanted, to get a better look, the team suggested I come take a look at the full quartz slab located in their Virginia office/warehouse. I found exactly what I wanted. I now have new countertops w/ backsplash and my island has the waterfall 🥰. My kitchen was dark and gloomy it’s now modern, beautiful, and bright!
