CRADLE N PALMS | BEACHSIDE HOMESTAY | MANGALORE

Recently, we visited Cradle n Palms Homestay near Thannirbhavi Beach with our family and a child, and we had a very pleasant experience. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the required facilities provided. The surroundings are beautiful, calm, and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. In terms of safety, we felt completely secure throughout our stay, which is very important when traveling with family and kids. One suggestion regarding food: if the homestay could offer in-house food options or a fixed menu for guests, it would be much more convenient. We had to order food every time from Swiggy or Zomato, which turned out to be a bit expensive, and since the food outlets are far, delivery took longer than expected. Additionally, the property has a large backyard, and it would be wonderful to utilize that space for a kids’ play area or activity zone, which would make the stay even more family-friendly. We also wanted to try kayaking in the river, but due to time constraints, we couldn’t. Hopefully, we will try it on our next visit. Overall, I truly loved the stay environment, room cleanliness, and peaceful ambiance. Everything else was very good, and we look forward to visiting again.

We stayed here for 3 days and we were a group of 10 people. The stay is amazing. The hosts are really good and accommodating for all the requests. We booked a villa and a river facing AC container. Both were really clean and very spacious. We had an exceptional stay and definitely will be coming back. They have a lot of indoor and outdoor games setup. If you're looking for a good and peaceful stay especially for big groups go for this without thinking twice.

We a fly of six all Seniors had a wonderful stay at this homestay. The ambience is very mesmerizing.The rooms clean n scores high on hospitality.Our host were so welcoming n treated us as their own will definately visit again n recommend it to others too.

Janice is a great host and she is readily available for any quick communication. This place is serene and provides a relaxing environment. One of its major attraction point is that it’s within a walking distance to Tannirbhavi beach. Although, it’s on outskirts of the city, it is moderately well connected with bus, auto and ferry. Thanks for the hospitality.

A very relaxing river side stay. We came for the Den Den Swimathon (organised on Tannirbhavi beach) and chose this place as it is close. Upon arrival, we realised what a gem of a location we found... A calm place to stay and chill by the Gurupura river. At evening there are some nice sitting areas with dim lighting which just makes the place surreal. The owners too are super friendly and helpful if you need anything. Swiggy and zomato deliver here and so you needn't worry about food. We preferred to eat at the local places near to the ferry ticket counter. Although our stay was short because of the event, but my husband and I would love to come back here and again next time and stay longer.

One of the best places we’ve ever visited! We stayed here with our two furry kids — our Retrievers, Ryno and Coco — and it turned out to be one of the best experiences ever. When it was time to leave, none of us wanted to go! We even tried to extend our stay, but it was already booked. Our kids had an amazing time running around and enjoying every bit of it. We also went on a beautiful one-hour boat ride, which made the trip even more special. A big thanks to the wonderful people around who were so kind and helpful — they made us and our fur babies feel completely at home. Truly a memorable stay! 🐾❤️

The rooms were soo spacious, and the homestay located in a peaceful environment.. the rooms were located near tannirbhavi beach and can easily accessible by ferry. The owner was very kind and helpful.

After staying and experiencing Cradle n Palms owned by Mr Colin and Team if i dont write a review to the best hospitality it would be unfair. The location beside backwaters and the calm and peace is a delight in itself. It was a Groom to Be Party and Janice and team gave the groom a nice gesture of backdrops and decors for the party that was so nice of them. Janice helped us in every way as a host and i cant be more proud to give her and team a 5 star review. Thank you and would like to visit again

The hosts were super helpful and they made sure all our needs are met. The stay also has a lawn outside with swings, which is the best place to spend your slow mornings and evenings. The rooms were super clean and I would recommend everyone to book here.

Best place to stay. No fancy no extra things. Just natural. Sitting near the river between the coconut and doing party best one. Food service available. Beach is also very near.
