Ian is responsive, reliable, thorough and good value. He resolved issues with our problematic sewage treatment plant which has now run perfectly since he started servicing it. He also services our sewage pump station. His reports are clear and detailed. Great company.

Good experience using CPD. Ian serviced our foul water pump, removed some old non working pump equipment, explained how the system was working, simplified the electrics and upgraded us to a new manhole with better chamber access. From first point of contact Ian was the only person who knew what my old existing waste pump was and explained how it functioned. He was the only company that offered to come view the pump prior to service. Unfortunately given how old the pump is, it broke a few days before due to being serviced. However Ian was able to replace it with a new pump which I couldn’t be happier with. So much quieter and efficient compared to the old one. Couldn’t be happier with the service provided and the speed everything was done. Completely stood out compared to other companies and will be using from now on for annual pump service. Ian responded to my email enquiry about broken pipe and non return valve with speed and knowledge. He gave me a price and a date explaining what needed to be done . Ian arrived on the day from a long way away exactly on time and was polite and professional throughout . He left everything very tidy and more importantly all working well . I have booked him already to do another job and would recommend him 100% !
