We did the 2-hour session at Cozy Massage and it was beyond amazing. The therapists truly know what they’re doing — I could feel the difference in my body immediately. Every movement was precise, intentional, and done with so much care. The hospitality was also exceptional. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and taken care of. This has been one of the best massages of our entire Asia trip, without a doubt. If you’re in Chiang Mai, don’t miss this place. We left feeling lighter, relaxed, and fully restored. Highly, highly recommend!

Nestled in the heart of Mueang Chiang Mai, Cosy Massage offers a serene escape from the bustling city life. From the moment you step inside, the tranquil ambiance envelops you, with soothing Thai music and the gentle aroma of herbal balms setting the stage for relaxation. The skilled therapists at Cosy Massage are adept at the ancient art of Thai massage, using a combination of acupressure, stretching, and assisted yoga postures to release tension and restore balance to the body. Whether you're seeking relief from muscle soreness, a way to unwind after a long day, or simply a rejuvenating experience, the therapists tailor each session to your specific needs and preferences. One of the highlights of Cosy Massage is their signature herbal compress massage. Warm, fragrant poultices filled with traditional Thai herbs are applied to key pressure points, melting away knots and leaving your skin feeling nourished and revitalized. The experience is both deeply therapeutic and incredibly soothing. The spa's commitment to cleanliness and hygiene is evident throughout, with well-maintained facilities and fresh linens. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring that every guest feels comfortable and cared for. While Cosy Massage may not be the most luxurious spa in Chiang Mai, it offers exceptional value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the quality of the treatments and the overall experience. Whether you're a seasoned spa-goer or new to the world of Thai massage, Cosy Massage is a must-visit destination in Chiang Mai. It's the perfect place to unwind, recharge, and experience the healing power of traditional Thai therapies.

Didnt expect to be turned down this way, as i came here 3x within my 6 days trip. 1st and 2nd massage was good. On my 3rd visit, a younger masseuse for 90 mins foot massage and its so disappointing. At start it felt too soft so i ask to add strength, but it turns out to be plain hard press with no comfort. Just pain. Not to mention i can feel her nails scratching past my feet each stroke. And my feet was freezing cold. I asked to change masseuse but the staff told me none available at that point. So i wasted 600 baht and 90 mins for a VERY disappointing massage. One star for the first two good experiences. Nails scratching massage is one of the worst. Thought this could be my go to Chiangmai massage spot but guess not.

The aesthetic in this place is stunning. Clean toilet on premises and plenty of chairs, spaces and masseuses on hand. Everyone I encountered spoke English very well. The prices are above average for a walk in massage however so is the service. My masseuse was Lee and she was incredible. I ordered a 90 minute back, shoulder & neck and I got my moneys worth! We had our feet washed in the basin before heading upstairs where we changed into comfy jammies and laid down on the floor mat. The time started when the massage did, not downstairs at the basin, so the entire 90 minutes is actually massage time. Lee checked with me multiple times throughout if I was comfortable with the pressure being used and was absolutely lovely. One of the best massages I have had. I will Definitely be back and will be requesting the same masseuse. Everyone knows Thailand is famous for its “cheap” massages but there’s a reason they are so cheap. Pay the extra, give it a try and you will never look back!

Finally tried a massage in Thailand! I saw many popular shops around, but wasn’t fond of their ambiance—until I found this spacious, clean, and well-lit place with a 4.9 rating on Google. I went for the Traditional Thai Massage + Thai Balm. It’s a full-body traditional massage enhanced with a mint-scented balm, which smelled amazing. The sensation was hard to describe—somewhere between warm and cooling—but it felt incredibly refreshing. The session ended with plenty of stretching. Even though I only booked an hour, the masseuse applied just the right amount of pressure, leaving my muscles and joints completely relaxed.

I recently visited Cozy Massage and was thoroughly impressed! The service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was calming and inviting. My massage was tailored to my needs, and I felt all my tension melt away. The staff was friendly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. I can't recommend this place enough for anyone seeking a quality massage!

As the name suggests, very cozy and comfortable environment for massage. The place is well decorated, and the staff are professional and experienced. Highly recommended.

I really enjoyed my experience at this salon. The massage was mostly gentle, but the therapist knew exactly when and where to apply more pressure, always paying close attention to my body’s reactions. The salon itself is clean, bright, and cozy, with beautiful furniture and a relaxing atmosphere. The price is about 100 baht higher than in less atmospheric places, but it’s absolutely worth it — you get a wonderful ambiance, pleasant music, tasty cookies and very polite staff. Highly recommended!

This is a complaint! Complain about the two staff at the front desk, especially the yellow-haired, the so-called store manager, the service is too bad, and the management ability is -1000!! 1. The whole process is very chaotic. We were arranged to wash our feet three times, and we didn't wash them until the third time. The first two times were guided by two front desk staff to the place where they washed their feet, sat on it and continued to wait. Before the technician came, the front desk asked us to move to wash for others. OK, we cooperated well in the first two times and continued to wait on the sofa. 2. When we were asked to wait at the foot washing place for the second time, the front desk ran over and asked me if I had paid? I'm surprised. I've been paying for a long time, and I've been waiting here for more than 20 minutes. Why did you guide me to wash my feet for the second time and ask me if I've paid? The confusion of the visible process. 3. What was angry was that the second time we asked us to get out of the place to wash our feet and gave the people who came later than us to wash their feet! Later, we went to the front desk to ask the reason, and he said that the foot wash inside is for making essential oils. It's strange that you have to wash your feet outside. Obviously, they guided us in themselves, so we waited there. It's really too chaotic. 4. Later, I said to find their boss and call me. The yellow-haired man said that she was the boss. Of course, the boss was not her. After I repeatedly asked for the boss's phone number, she said she would give it when it was over. And ask us whether to do it or not? After asking twice, I'm really speechless. 5. After the massage, they ignored us directly and didn't call our boss. What a chaotic and rubbish massage shop!! 6. I hope the boss can see my comments, because the two front desks are really too bad, which affects the feeling of the whole store. 7. The picture borrows the photos of the same complaint in the comment area, especially the yellow-haired manager. Her ability is too poor, and she has no management ability at all.

Tried 2 hours aroma massage. The staff was resting for 20% of the time and kept on only press on the same spot for more than 5 minutes. Not sure why but very poor standard Will not recommend.
