Customer service was a 10/10. Vinny was very sweet and helpful! He let us know all our options, explained everything thoroughly and got us all set! Super super happy with our experience :)

Had a wonderful experience here changing my cellphone plan over. Was helped by a guy named Vinny who was patient, kind, and helpful throughout the whole process. So thank you Vinny for helping create such a welcoming business environment. Definitely going to remain long term costumers. P.s. Vinny totally deserves a pay raise

Clean store. Pleasant and knowledgeable associate. Sign in kiosk insures people are assisted in the order they came in. And, because you don't have to stand in a line, you can sit down or look around. Because we upgraded our gateway I was there to return the old equipment so can't address what products and services were available for purchase.

Cox store on eastern is a very put together team. Everyone has a smile on their face. Ready to help you with any problems. I worked with Mason, very efficient and can’t do enough for you. I truly believe should be a manager of his own store. Truly the best.

Best cox store experience I've had. I had to set up services in my new apartment and after call 2 customer service lines that dint help me. I went in and talked to Danny and he was professional, quick and had me in and out in no time. I haven't had any problems with my service since. If you go in there look for Danny hes awsome

This is my 2nd day-3rd time having to come to this terrible store . Employees don't seem to be paid enough to even do their job correctly-forget about any concern or care. Now I have to be here to fix the equipment they messed up-but there are 12 people ahead of me.....and 3 employees 😑

8 customers on the wait on a Monday morning and 2 employees are scheduled. It just doesn’t make any business sense. They try hard on fighting the price war but turnaround sending customer away after experiencing the wait at the store.

Joshua was great. He explained everything clearly and it only made sense to make the small changes that he had recommended to me since me promotional price I had signed up for had expired. The new plan, router, and internet speed have all improved. Thanks Josh
