I had to move into a new apartment quickly and the modem supplied by Cox was missing as the previous resident kept it, so I went to the Cox store for help. I called and spoke with the manager, Daniel, who assured me there would be no problems and they promised a good experience. My experience with Cox was beyond good. It was fantastic and made a terrible day much better. I was assisted by Timothy, who displayed the utmost in professionalism and competency. He assured me he would help me out and that I would have Internet immediately. He was kind and patient and answered all my questions with a smile and patience. Due to Timothy's excellent command of the Cox point of sale system, he found me a great rate, offered and reviewed options for phones and others products and was extremely respectful and professionally humorous during our interaction. I left in no time at all with a new Cox account and a brand new modem for my apartment. I feel like I was treated as a good friend from the moment I entered and was welcomed into the store. I was able to relax for the first time today and decompress because Timothy handled everything and kept me informed of the process as we went along. Big shout out to Mason who greeted me warmly then, after Timothy started to help me , went and helped another guest. From the conversation I heard, he was extremely professional and helpful and took his time with the other customer. Daniel sounds like a great manager and has this store running smooth as silk. It is clean, well stocked and inviting. I am very pleased I chose Cox as it is very hard sometimes, but you guys make things easy so I finished quickly. Thank you!

Took my autistic son to get his Cox's cable transfer to new address. My son wanted to show us that he could get the transfer done on his own. But it was not a good day for my son who was super anxious. We got Jason at Cox for the support who treated my son like a premier customer, totally ignoring his pacing and anxiety. Jason, if you see this, THANK YOU for treating my son like any other customer while still recognizing the little extra care he needed to work with you. You were amazing.

Victoria at check in was not helpful. Sat in the store waiting 30 minutes to be helped. To be told I needed to have my own equipment already setup before the rental equipment can be returned. Even though I said I was returning my equipment at check in. If you have policy preventing return of equipment they should be explained at check in.

Alot cheaper cell service than Verizon and it's worth the switch. Fiber internet 50$ package is good for non gamers. A few decent promotional phones for cheap if you switch. Customer service is hit or miss. New people every visit. Accessories for the phones is very limited. Only a 2 week return windows for accessories purchased there.

Had a wonderful experience here changing my cellphone plan over. Was helped by a guy named Vinny who was patient, kind, and helpful throughout the whole process. So thank you Vinny for helping create such a welcoming business environment. Definitely going to remain long term costumers. P.s. Vinny totally deserves a pay raise

Hit or miss on service. Depends who is there. First time I signed up.... 6 service staff just standing...no help for 15 minutes. After I asked if I could get help a staff member appeared annoyed. There were 2 staff member for every client that day. Had to return twice and although extremely busy was attended within a couple of minutes. Nice Hispanic man helped me both times.

Just left the store. I arrived at the Eastern location to purchase equipment on 25 Feb 2026 at approximately 3pm. As I entered, I was told to sign in and someone would be with me shortly. There were 4 employees there and 2 were helping customers. I walked over to the equipment I needed and then proceeded to take a seat. The person that told me to sign in went in the back. Another employee walked out from the back and saw me sitting there. Said nothing. The employee at the front desk was assisting a customer. The other employee finished up with his customer who left. Another customer then entered the front door and said, "I just have a question." After asking his question the employee told the customer to have a seat and immediately sat with him and started helping him. I immediately left without anyone else acknowledging me. Horrible service. They all saw me enter and leave!!

Customer service was a 10/10. Vinny was very sweet and helpful! He let us know all our options, explained everything thoroughly and got us all set! Super super happy with our experience :)

Clean store. Pleasant and knowledgeable associate. Sign in kiosk insures people are assisted in the order they came in. And, because you don't have to stand in a line, you can sit down or look around. Because we upgraded our gateway I was there to return the old equipment so can't address what products and services were available for purchase.

I have never had so much trouble with internet and cable tv! Been a customer for 25+ years, move from Ca where I never had any issues, but since living in Henderson,NV, it is the worst! Hold times that last for over an hour. And be prepared for multiple calls before they finally send someone out.
