I had to move into a new apartment quickly and the modem supplied by Cox was missing as the previous resident kept it, so I went to the Cox store for help.
I called and spoke with the manager, Daniel, who assured me there would be no problems and they promised a good experience.
My experience with Cox was beyond good. It was fantastic and made a terrible day much better.
I was assisted by Timothy, who displayed the utmost in professionalism and competency. He assured me he would help me out and that I would have Internet immediately. He was kind and patient and answered all my questions with a smile and patience.
Due to Timothy's excellent command of the Cox point of sale system, he found me a great rate, offered and reviewed options for phones and others products and was extremely respectful and professionally humorous during our interaction. I left in no time at all with a new Cox account and a brand new modem for my apartment.
I feel like I was treated as a good friend from the moment I entered and was welcomed into the store. I was able to relax for the first time today and decompress because Timothy handled everything and kept me informed of the process as we went along.
Big shout out to Mason who greeted me warmly then, after Timothy started to help me , went and helped another guest. From the conversation I heard, he was extremely professional and helpful and took his time with the other customer.
Daniel sounds like a great manager and has this store running smooth as silk. It is clean, well stocked and inviting. I am very pleased I chose Cox as it is very hard sometimes, but you guys make things easy so I finished quickly.
