Jerry is awesome! He was able to come same day for our issue and had it diagnosed and fixed in a matter minutes. He was very professional and knowledgeable and offered great advice on how to avoid the issue in the future. He came to us recommended by a friend and we are so glad we found Cox. I chose Cox Home Services Pros because they were highly recommended on the next-door app and their reviews were magnificent, but that still did not prepare me for the exemplary service that I received from the minute Shane Cox walked into my home. He was professional and skilled and yet very genuine and patient with questions and concerns. He immediately assessed, and took the time to show me there really wasn’t anything wrong with my washer and that I just wasn’t used to the high capacity low fill water features and that everything was in fact working fine. So, I didn’t need to spend any money on repairs, which was a blessing and quite a surprise because of course he could have attempted to sell me parts that I did not need. While speaking with him, I discovered he is a master electrician; which was an answer to my prayers because I also have some major electrical issues going on in my home. I had recently been given a $9000 estimate by another company to replace my panel and make the repairs needed. He took the time to test my breakers, several outlets and even restored power to a loose bathroom outlet. He then gave me a bid almost $4000 less than the previous bid. When it came time for me to pay him, I’m thankful that he did not charge me for all of the knowledge and the peace of mind that he gave me. He only charged me for the trip charge and repairs he made. Cox Home Services Pros has definitely earned a loyal customer, and I will be singing their praises to all my friends and family. It is rare to find honest, ethical and Genuinely caring people in the world today, especially when those people have a hand in keeping your house, safe and protected!!

Shane did an excellent job updating my electrical panel, installing my cooktop, repairing my meter box, and handling other electrical work. He was professional, efficient, and reliable throughout the entire process. I highly recommend him.

Shane made it quite easy to set up an appointment, arrived to do the work in a timely fashion. He completed the job quickly, quietly and skillfully. As was our experience with a prior job, he was very pleasant, answered all our questions, cleaned up afterward, and took away the old fixtures and packaging. We were very pleased>

Shane has come out twice for installing higher voltage circuits for our EV charger and induction stove. Both times Cox was reasonably priced and was able to get us on the schedule promptly. Will be using them for any future electrical needs!

Jerry repaired my dryer and cleaned the vent by noon of the day after I called to schedule. Rapid service, professional work and a very friendly man! Jerry Cox came out today to work on my dryer , he completed all work that needed to be done, he was prompt and very courteous, if you need appliance work done Jerry is very knowledgeable and dependable.

Dryer issue identified and resolved quickly. Jerry walked me through what part needed to be replaced, and he also checked out other dryer components that could have impacted the fuse. Was able to select appointment date/time easily online. Will definitely use Cox Home Service Pros again for appliance repair and electric needs.
