I went into this location yesterday to switch my service from Verizon and also trade in my phone for a newer model. I had the utmost pleasure of working with Ty. I have to say, I’ve worked in customer service for 20+ years and Ty is truly amazing. He was super friendly, patient (I’m not the most tech savvy) and funny. I had to wait a bit (only like 15 minutes, this was not an issue) while my old phone was transferring data to my new one and when Ty was not helping other customers he would come over and chat. I truly enjoyed the conversation and that we shared interests in video games and other stuff. Anyways, I left smiling just thinking about how nice of a visit I had. Give this young gentleman a raise!!!!!

I had an outstanding experience at the Cox Communications store thanks to Ty. From the moment I walked in, Ty was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explained my options clearly, and helped me find the best solution for my needs without any pressure. What stood out most was Ty’s patience and attention to detail. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up correctly and that I fully understood my new plan and equipment. It’s rare to find this level of customer service these days, and Ty truly made a stressful situation quick and easy. If you're visiting the Cox store, I highly recommend asking for Ty – you’ll be in great hands!

This weekend I went to this Cox store and had the best service from Colin. He was patient and explained everything to me as he made the changes I needed. He even took the time to ask me questions to make sure I had the services I needed and never tried to upsell me on anything. This type of service is what we need more of

I wanted to make sure that I wrote a five star review for this specific Cox location as the service here was fantastic. They were efficient and incredibly friendly. We wanted to give a shout out to Ty who helped us directly and made sure we had everything we needed. This is a store that they will remember you by name and it was a pleasure to do business with them!

Very easy in and out. Not as busy as the one at Tempe Marketplace. As soon as I walked in I was grated and helped right away. The gentleman that helped me checked in the equipment I was returning, changed my service without trying to get me to keep things I did not want, and even found me a 2 year deal for the service I WAS keeping that gave me better service and a lower price. Kudos to them.

I had to write a review because Brittany was AMAZING. I got my first apartment and was confused about the whole wifi process and set up, she made sure I was being treated fairly and efficiently. Such amazing customer service and fully explained to me what I was signing up for. Great location, better experience than most are with youth!

Ty helped us last night when we came to the store to return devices and he was the pinnacle of customer service. Both workers were friendly and helpful, and we were in and out in 5 minutes and he even proactively fixed a billing error he noticed on the account.

came in to pay a bill and it was literally the most difficult thing I’ve ever done at any Cox location. could not make out anything he was saying, and because of that, he became more aggressive with what he was trying to say. He kept talking about fees, but wouldn’t explain what they were adamant that he could not provide any change. Kept trying to sell me on other stuff that I had no interest on. It took over 10 minutes just to pay a bit when there’s nobody waiting ahead of me. It sounded like a mumble wrapper the entire time. I will not be coming back to this location.

This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with an internet provider. I was unable to access my account online or through the app, so I visited a store location for help. After an hour and a wasted trip, the representative told me they couldn’t assist with my account access issues but did offer to let me pay my bill in-store every month—completely ignoring the actual problem. I then called customer service and was transferred six times before finally being told that a service ticket would be submitted, which could take up to seven days. Every representative I spoke with kept offering to help me pay my bill—yet none could explain why I should pay for something I can’t access and haven’t even received a statement for. The final agent submitted the ticket and offered a one-time extension (only available once every six months) to prevent late fees. After an hour of my time wasted and extra gas spent, there is still no resolution. Customer service should be about solving issues, not just making sure payments go through. If you’re considering this provider, be warned—their customer support is a nightmare.
