Cox Store

I went into this location yesterday to switch my service from Verizon and also trade in my phone for a newer model. I had the utmost pleasure of working with Ty. I have to say, I’ve worked in customer service for 20+ years and Ty is truly amazing. He was super friendly, patient (I’m not the most tech savvy) and funny. I had to wait a bit (only like 15 minutes, this was not an issue) while my old phone was transferring data to my new one and when Ty was not helping other customers he would come over and chat. I truly enjoyed the conversation and that we shared interests in video games and other stuff. Anyways, I left smiling just thinking about how nice of a visit I had. Give this young gentleman a raise!!!!!

He took the time to listen to my concerns, explained my options clearly, and helped me find the best solution for my needs without any pressure. What stood out most was Ty’s patience and attention to detail. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up correctly and that I fully understood my new plan and equipment. It’s rare to find this level of customer service these days, and Ty truly made a stressful situation quick and easy.
