As we begin to get back out in the garden, here are a several tips to keep you safe whilst using an electric mower:
- Ensure you are using an RCD protected socket
-Test your RCD protection at regular intervals using the "test" button
-Don't cut your grass in wet conditions
-Wear shoes that offer some protection - not sandals!
-Make sure the mower is unplugged before any maintenance/cleaning
-Be mindful of where the cable is trailing whilst mowing
