Brought my dad and his wife so she could enroll in benefits since her new job doesn't offer any. The lady at the door was unwelcoming. They're an elderly couple who needed help with benefits and the lady refused to let them in to review coverage options. She expected them to remain outside the door like dogs so we left. Customers should be treated as such. No one needs to be giving personal information from outside the door. I'm glad some ppl like their services but for us, it's a 10/10 do not recommend.
