We are so happy with the customer service we received from Adam and the whole team at Covenant Automotive. Made an appointment to take my wife's Toyota Camry on to be diagnosed and fix a noise we were hearing and Adam took his time to explain to us what he will be doing and he let me know he will do a full diagnosis for the car and send me a report. When I got the report from him it was listed from most urgent to least urgent and I liked that! Mu wife was with me when we dropped the car and she had mentioned to Adam she wanted to find a place to get her car detailed and also the conversation lead to us telling him we were newlyweds. Well got notification today, but the car was ready period we pulled up. And we see my wife's car, shiny and crystal clean. we go inside to talk to Adam, and he comes outside, and lets us know that they actually detailed the car. I also did a complementary oil change to the car. And that was their gift to us for being newlyweds. You could tell my wife was getting ready to cry from being so happy period not only did adam listen to my wife when she mentioned that she wanted her car detailed but he also heard when we said we were newlyweds and did this for us out of the kindness of his heart. When my wife got in the car there was a congrats card in her car which that was such a nice gesture of them! Needless to say we will be going back to Covenant Automotive to get the other issues fixed and also anyone we know we will be telling them about Covenant Automotive and about their amazing team! If you have a Toyota or Lexus look no further, Covenant Automotive is the place you want to take care of your car! Thank again Adam and team for your excellent work!

Where do I start! I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Customer service at Covenant Automotive was exceptional! Adam is amazing! My husband and I took my Toyota Camry to him to diagnose it and let us know all the issues he finds! He send us a very detailed report of all the issues he found and he made sure he put the urgent ones first to make sure those were taken care of first as we let him know we recently got married so right now money is a little tight! I had also asked him if they knew anyone who details cars and he said he had someone and when I would pick up the car he would give me the details! Well we receive an email the car was done and went with my husband to pick it up! As we pulled up I see my baby all clean and shinny! Guys he heard me when I said I wanted to get my car details and he got my car detailed for me as a gift and also did an oil change as a gift since we are newlyweds! I get in my car and I found a congrats card wishing us happy marriage and gave us a complementary oil change on top of what they already did to my car! If you have a Toyota or Lexus this is the place you want to take for any mechanic issues! Believe me you will not regret it and you will thank me later! I told Adam I will be bringing my car back for the other services and also my dad will be bringing his Toyota Highlander to get it fixed as well! I’m happy to say we have found our family mechanic! Very happy I found covenant automotive! i've gotten oil changes, brakes, and tires done on multiple vehicles. what i love most is that when you talk with covenant your talking to toyota/lexus people, not dealer people. Covenant cares about keeping your car running at the right levels. I feel like there is as much care and thought for a little lexus CT as there is for a Lexus LC, that kind of blew my mind. Also the payment/pickup experience is very conveninet compared to a dealer's service center which is a breath of fresh air!

Above and beyond expectation. Very friendly. Did extra to take care of me as a customer. Does a quick inspection with any work. The work that I needed done which was just transmission fluid change and filter change which can be kind of a pain on this vehicle corrected what I needed corrected. Very clean and they not only take care of their mess but also leave you a little bit cleaner than you were before you went there. Exceptional service. As far as price goes South Dayton Toyota by the Dayton Mall wanted to charge me over $1,000 to replace my fixed transmission filter. All they had to do was drop the bottom of the pan, replace the filter, and then replace the gasket and put it back together. $100 part at the most. Wanted over $1,000 for it on top of the $200 flush and fill. Covenant automotive was half the cost.

Jenny and Covenant Team was spectacular! Customer service, honesty, professionalism, and knowledge of our Toyota Avalon was immeasurable. Took the time to explain in detail the Nav problem and repaired it. Gave us complete diagnostic of vehicle (in good shape). Will use them again in future. Highly recommend to others. Thanks for going over and beyond for us and customers.

Can't say enough good things about Covenant Automotive. Jenny was prompt in noting my reason for a visit and getting me setup for an appointment time that worked for my schedule and drop off was painless. At drop-off, Rich, the mechanic who worked on my vehicle, took the time to talk about what my concerns were. A few hours after drop off, i received an estimate and highlighted issues, along with a video narrated by Rich that detailed what was found on inspection. I love this! I was able to call back and jenny transferred me to rich who went over with me the questions I had and a few others i hadn't originally asked about. They were extremely transparent about urgent items vs items to watch for maintenance at a later date. We agreed on a service plan and the car was ready the next evening. There is a lockbox for your keys so you can have convenient pickup afterhours if needed. I managed to catch Adam at the end of the day who told me about their business, that the mechanics are all experienced Lexus Mechanics and have a combined 70 years of experience, and he took the time to answer some questions about my other vehicle as well. If you're looking for service on your Lexus or Toyota that is of a dealer quality and experience, without the service advisor pressure for unneeded maintenance and repairs, you should choose Covenant Automotive

I can’t say enough good things about Covenant. I was given a quote from another shop on my 2017 Lexus NX that I thought was pretty crazy, without much explanation. After some searching on the internet I found Covenant and decided to have my car towed there from the other shop to try to get a second opinion. From the beginning Covenant’s team made me feel like they cared. The owner, the techs, the receptionist, all great. They went above and beyond in communication and explaining things to someone who knows very little about cars. They took the time to do the test required to come up with a proper diagnosis instead of assuming like the other shop. Doing that saved me thousands of dollars. I really appreciate the Covenant team and will recommend them to any one I know who has a Toyota or Lexus.

I finally found a trusted mechanic with Adam and his team. My son Seth is the one that told me about this place and even at his young age of 23 he knows this place is legit. I never walk out feeling like I lust got ripped off. Adam even showed me a video and took time to explain what was wrong with my car. I am significantly safer taking my vehicle there. I’m more thankful he takes care of my son’s car as well. The overnight key drop off is a plus and if you are able to wait, the waiting room is so comfortable. If I could this more than 5 stars I would. No regrets.

I don’t normally leave reviews but this place deserves way more! We are a big Toyota and Lexus family so I was looking for someone to work on my 2008 Toyota Tacoma. My mom had mentioned trying Covenant Automotive seeing they specialize in Toyota and Lexus. My truck was leaking some fluid and being an 08’ I am thinking this could be the worst. I contacted Covenant Wednesday afternoon and Lauren was so nice and allowed me to drop it off that evening. Thursday morning I was receiving pictures of my truck in the shop and already being looked at. They sent me a very detailed estimate on repairs that needed immediate attention to things to think about down the road. Rich who was working on the truck even took time out to talk to me about the necessities that needed to be taken care of. Jenny also was so nice and kept me updated through those repairs. They went above and beyond on repairs by the way. They do the extra! After the truck was finished I received a call from Adam letting me know I could pick it up anytime at my leisure. I can’t thank you enough Adam and the team at Covenant Automotive for such an enjoyable experience! If you are looking for an honest mechanic that does great work and great customer service then Covenant Automotive is who you want to go with! I have found my family mechanic!

Adam and company are awesome with their customer service. I asked for my car to be towed to their shop and he contacted me and offered to come by my house to see if he could start it first. He was able to start it, and bring to his shop saving me money. Very honest and detailed about checking out my car making suggestions what to do, but no pressure to do any. He kept me updated every step of the way with a very reasonable total for the repair. We have found a new repair shop because I trust what Adam tells me. I would highly recommend everyone to use Covenant for your car repair needs!
