If you need your septic system serviced and don't want to be taken advantage of, call Countywide Septic Pumping. I called and few places because the people I was using for years started jacking up their prices. I understand inflation is real averaging 4% but these increases were like 25%-35%. I called Countywide and it rang a few times and then went to the voicemail. I started leaving a voicemail and they called back before I even finished leaving my message. They quote me a really great price and had someone out within a few hours. I believe the gentlemen that came out is Tony. He was super professional and and very informative. Inhad several questions and he took his time explaining everything and made sure I understood it. He did a great job and I HIGHLY recommend them as I will be using them in the future.

Needed my septic serviced during off hours (1130 pm) and Countywide was the only company that picked up the call. The service truck was onsite within the hour! Technician was very professional and completed the service quickly. Technician cleaned up the work area and returned my system to proper operation. Victor and team did an amazing job on setting up a new septic pit. I live in Fontana, and we have a house that is sitting on a cul de sac that is not connected to the city sewer lines, so we have to pump the septic tank every year. Recently the leech field/ septic pit has been clogged and the surrounding dirt in the pit turned black showing the 40 year age of the pit and its eventually failure. Recently, we have had to pump every 5-6 weeks as water was not being absorbed by the pit. The team at Countrywide septic has been our septic pump company for years and after sending in bids for a new pit to various septic companies, Countrywide came back at a fair price in line with others, but because I knew the quality of their work, I decided to choose Countrywide. They dug up the new pit, putting in 6’ x 18’ pit with new prefabricated massive reinforced concrete walls, and extended the lines to the new pit. Took a full day of digging and install, and given the pit we have was in the front yard, they did a great job managing the small space. I’m fairly confident that the new pit will last for another 30+ years. - Roland

As a first time owner of a property with a septic tank, I was leery of who to hire. I contacted eight different companies and most of the receptionist / owners seemed very unprofessional and could not guarantee a day/time of arrival or price. I contacted Countywide Septic Pumping and reached the owner, Victor directly. He was pleasant, professional, and respectful. Since I already had my risers accessible and no digging was necessary, he was able to come out the very same day and pump out my septic tank. He was very thorough with his explanations and didn't make me feel naive for not understanding the process. The price was very competitive and I was very pleased. My knights in shining armor!!! I got a call this morning from our house that the toilette’s and shower had backed up. I called all over the inland empire and these guys were the only ones that made same day arrangements to help us out. (Do you know how scary and stressful it is to have a full house of family and little ones with no septic system working?! These guys saved my butt, and they were super nice about it all too. I literally have nothing bad to say about these guys, so I’ll just list everything that was amazing. -Super clean and new looking truck/equipment -Everyone spoke perfect English -They arrived when they said they would -They found the problem and fixed it on site and got us up and running again -There was no funny business, I did NOT feel taken advantage of or anything like that, which I have with previous companies, but not Country Wide, they were 100% honest good people to do business with They will now be my personal recommendation to people whenever my neighbors/friends ask if I know any good septic guys. If I could give this service a zero star, I would. This company performed a septic inspection for the sale of my home and the following happened: 1. Failure to dig or find the septic location - I ended up with multiple gigantic holes on my yard 2. Failure to put the dirt back into its original spot, creating a mess after the inspection work was performed 3. Broke my concrete (white parts on picture) while going at it. Do yourself a favor - find someone that knows what they are doing. Save your money and stay away! To the owner's responses, clearly you didn't read any of my comments previously stated a. If the system needs repair, what was the reason for you to fail to locate the septic tanks? b. If the system has issues, what was the reason for you to not put the dirt back nicely where it belongs? c. Why did concrete show up on the surface of my dirt? To all potential customers - ask for this guy license. number and liability insurance. Clearly "licensed and insured" were missing from your business card, along with your license number. I have a huge mess on my yard thanks to you!

Business owner Victor is extremely responsive. Response time was quick! I called at 8 am and received a text message advising I would get a call back, which I appreciate and Victor called me himself a few minutes later. His expertise and delivery of the information I needed was thorough. I'm fairly new to septic tanks and plumbing issues and his explanation of the situation was easy to understand.
