The did an excellent job getting hard water spots off of all of my windows. Ralph explained the process and met my expectations.

Very quick, friendly service, quoted me and hour and a half and said it was done within an hour for a sunroof replacement. Less than half the quote from the dealership.

Had to replace the windshield of my 2016 C 300, and I was shopping prices and convenient locations ( and of course, looking at reviews!). I went there in the morning, he gave me the price and told me how quickly he could get the windshield, which was same-day. I brought the car back later that day and it was done by the end of the day. Excellent service, clean shop, and their price beat safe lite auto glass -which was recommended by my insurance company. Happy camper here ☺️!

This review is long overdue, but in a way im happy I waited since it looks like they moved to a new location. This incident happened at their old location by the 55 freeway, an older car they were working on rolled backwards and into my car. Ralph the owner, if I spelled it right, didn’t give me any insurance info that day, I went back 2 times, both times he wanted me to take it to one of his friends and have it fixed under the table, I wanted it done at a shop through his insurance because at the time I had just spent $38,888 2 weeks prior to this. At the end he ended up refusing instead putting the blame on me for being stopped in an area where I wasn’t supposed to, when many times id park there, there was even photos of previous cars parked at the same spot lol. I ended up having to replace the whole fender because it was cracked along with a black plastic piece that needed to be replaced, cost was a little over $500 new from Sterling Bmw, with labor and paint his mistake cost me $1,200 If my car wouldn’t have been there his customers car would have rolled onto the street, that would have been more costly. I needed to get a windshield replaced and I was recommended to Costa Mesa Auto Glass by a mechanic I trust. They had the same low price as other auto glass places I had gotten quotes from so I scheduled an appointment for that day and took my car in. Everything was taken care of that day and the replacement & installation turned out excellent. They even moved my dash cam to the new windshield after I told them I had forgotten to remove it from the old windshield.

Honest. Friendly. Fast. Took my car in to get a chip in the window fixed. Great service. Nice people and best prices I found around town.

They worked with me from the start, came out to where I worked to get my car door window replaced. Ralph was great at putting it all together at the front desk & Virgil who came out to do the work was outstanding & I will Always call these great guys anytime I need glass work!!

My rear window blew out on me on the way home from work yesterday. Costa Mesa Auto Glass replaced my window in under 2 hours, and for $150 less than the nationwide company. Very satisfied customer here.

Guys came to the mechanics where i had body work done to put in my old windshield with a new seal. That leaked. They said i needed a new windshield and new seal. Ok, that leaked. They come out and tried putting the windshield in again, and again that leaked. They come out again and try to bandaid it with some more adhesive and called it good. That leaked! We took it to their shop so they could do it there, they did a ridiculously messy job with adhesive oozing out all around and called that good. Well, not surprisingly, in the first rain, it also leaks! 6 tries, and they can seem to manage the job. I would not recommend these guys for anything, but especially not a windshield replacement. They appear quite incompetent.
