I am very pleased with my loupes and the customer service is outstanding. Paul and Ed helped me from start to finish with my order and I couldn't be happier. The Ralph Lauren frames and the loupe lenses are lightweight and fit well. The portable light is bright (4 settings), easy to use, and finally, the laser shield inserts fit well too.

I am very happy with my loupes. I'm a dental hygienist and I've had my Nike loupes (2.5 magnification) with the light for almost 4 years without any issues. Their customer service is phenomenal. If I have any questions, Ed is amazing and helpful in answering them. I'm currently buying a new light and battery and the price is reasonable. I strongly recommend Cortel.

I received my second pair of loupes today by Cortel Designs. Not only are they perfect and well worth the investment, but the customer service is unbeatable from original purchase, a repair (in office collision) to ordering my second pair. Ed Thank You truly!

Ed is fantastic My loupes light is very light weight and I don’t have wires all over the place. I have plenty of battery life too! I had an emergency recently where my dog chewed up my loupes light charger and within minutes Ed had shipped a new charger out to me. I have recommended numerous colleagues to use Cortel for both their loupes and their lights and I will continue to do so. Ed treats me like family and that is hard to find nowadays. Someday I hope to meet Ed as he has really taken care of me. I live in Wisconsin but if I’m ever in New York I will have to buy him a steak! Thank you Ed!!!

Addendum to previous review. Purchased the Nike loupes with OMG barrels and wireless light. I had an issue with one of the loupe barrels after a couple of months but Ed and Paul helped me get them back up and working quickly. I have been very pleased with my purchase and experience with their products and level of professionalism.

I’m a registered hygienist and I ordered these in Feb 2023 after finding out I was pregnant to prevent me from leaning over. I liked that I had tons of options to choose from in frames and that the magnification was custom. Paul was great to work with and was even answering my questions sometimes at 9:00 at night. I ended up breaking the frames somehow recently and contacted Paul again. I shipped them back on a Monday and I got them with a new frame that following Thursday. I’m really happy with my loupes and the great customer service Paul and his team provides. Please consider this company before overspending with one of the “fancy” loupes options.

What can I say about Ed and the team at Cortel Designs besides amazing customer service? Well I can say their product is top notch without spending an arm and leg. I am a dental student at the University of Iowa and let me tell you my first year resulted in me losing a pair of Cortel Design loupes. I called Ed and he immediately offered me a loaner pair until I could afford to get another pair. When I could afford the pair it took the team less than a week to make the loupes and get them sent out. They never once told me the frames I wanted were out of stock. This business truly went out of their way to help me out, and I can't thank them enough. I will be ordering their new 4K loupes as soon as funds allow for things like cleanings and simple restoration as I currently have their highest magnification loupes (which are crystal clear) for endodontic procedures and crown preparations. I could go on and on about how good this company is, but I'll keep it here. Please if you are considering loupes for anything talk to the team at Cortel Designs first!

I had to send my loupes in to get stronger readers( sucks getting older) Ed was great - everyone was super friendly and very accommodating! I love my loupes. Very speedy with getting them back to me. Super pleased! I Super happy I chose Cortel Designs! Thanks again!

I purchased loups few months a go, and I am very happy with my choice. The loups are very good quality. The communication with the sellers was great, and the working time was very short till I got my loups. After a few months I had a minor problem with my loups. I wrote the costumer service, which answered after 2 minutes with a resolution to my problem. 3 days after that a new parts for my loups arrived. I live quite far away (Israel). I REALLY RECOMMAND CORTEL DESIGNS. NO MATTER WHERE YOU LIVE IN THE WROLD, YOU WILL GET GREAT LOUPS AND A FANTASTIC SERVICE !!! Thank you very much Paul and the rest of Cortel designs team !!!

Cortel designs is amazing. I have dealt with Eddie mostly. He is professional and extremely helpful. This company is very quick and efficient. Their turn around time is instantly. I highly recommend everyone to get a pair of Loupes from Cortel. Their products are light weight and made in the USA
