Inspired to work in healthcare after witnessing his grandfather’s negative experience in long-term care, Marc has dedicated his career to ensuring compassionate, effective care for seniors. He describes his leadership style as supportive, detail-oriented, and resident-focused, with an open-door approach that helps foster a positive workplace culture.
Marc is excited to join the knowledgeable and cohesive team at Coronado Ridge, continuing the great work already being done and making a meaningful impact in the lives of residents and families. Outside of work, he enjoys riding his motorcycle whenever he gets the chance! 🏍️
