Ashley finds inspiration every day in the residents she works with, learning from their incredible life stories and the challenges they’ve overcome. She hopes that every resident she spends time with feels joy, compassion, and truly cared for. “When spending time together brings even a little warmth to their day, I feel like I’ve done something meaningful,” Ashley shares.
She’s especially proud of seeing residents grow and reconnect, moving from feeling isolated to joining activities and enjoying time with others. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys family time with her kids, cooking, baking, and a little creativity with hair color to recharge.
