Our Inspections include: roof, structure, basement, crawls, interiors, electrical, plumbing, heating, A/C, attic, insulation, kitchen, bathrooms, exteriors, garage, porches, concrete, decks, lot drainage, basement dampness, Etc. We encourage our clients to attend the inspection. It will take 2 to 3 hrs to complete. Our Inspectors are Certified Building and Home Inspectors, and MI Residential Builders.
