As a first home buyer, we don't know what to look for or what to expect. Having a professional team inspect the property gave us a huge assurance that we haven't missed anything. Scott is an amazing inspector, very thorough, and really nice to work with. He went above and beyond by letting us know extra details that we didn't know about like making sure we ask for specific warranties and documentation at settlement. Scott was exceptional. During our inspection at the lock-up stage, he identified defects that we would have missed otherwise. On the other hand, Julie at the support office was incredibly helpful in booking our inspection and accommodating us on a Saturday with short notice. We attended on the day of inspection, and were impressed with the thorough and detailed inspection that Scott performed. The inspection report that we were given was extensively detailed, but clear and easily comprehensible throughout, and Scott made himself available for a one-on-one chat to go over the report and answer any questions that we had. The level of personal service that we received was a real standout in what can be a very transactional, cookie-cutter process. I can't recommend them highly enough.
