I had a terrible experience with this cleaning service in the Mesquite, NV area. Please do some research and read all reviews before you decide to use this company. I just wanted to put a warning out there. REPLY to company's comments: Yes, your company tried to make things right after I was upset and livid that the original services Standard cleaning, 7 windows, & 2 sliding glass doors were minimally cleaned the first time or not cleaned at all the first time. The company would not have had to make things right if the cleaner sent to my home, did her job in good faith the first time around. I refrained from bashing your company, but if I were to provide pictures of what happened when the cleaner was at my property and all the rooms and surfaces that were left uncleaned, people would be shocked. You should also be shocked at how poorly your cleaner represented your company. I shouldn't have to pay for services that were never completed or done right in the first place. After reading other poor reviews and really thinking about what happened, I was very uncomfortable having anyone from your company come back to my home. I know I won't get a reimbursement now for the broken blind, but I had to make it public that initial services were not rendered satisfactorily the first time. I was raised on the quote, "If you are not going to do something right the first time, why do it at all." I think that is fitting for this circumstance and the cleaner that you sent. I am sure you have other cleaners that are really good at their jobs, but it's the bad ones that are going to destroy the reputation of your company. I am done and will not be replying to any other comments. I said my peace and will stick to cleaning my own house. Thank you for your time.

The best cleaners in Las Vegas!! I’ve used Cornerstone Cleaners three times now (move in and move out clean + deep clean) and have always been impressed with how clean my home is. Cleaners are always on time and very professional. Star was so great for the first two cleanings and Donna was amazing and did a great job for my scheduled deep clean. I really appreciate the service this company provides and will definitely use them again, highly recommend!!

Arielle is a very competent and thorough cleaner. She works hard, has a great attention to detail and organizes things very logically.

These people are corrupt, liars and cheats. They must be contracting people out. I'm in Eugene, OR, and I hired them to do a deep cleaning. The woman that came said she has never spoken with or met with these people. That should have been my first red flag. Oh but theres more... I asked about her doing the floors, she said she didn't bring the stuff to do my wood floors and could just water mop it. And she didn't have the right kind of cleaning products that I specifically spoke about on the phone with the company. I ended up having to lend her some of mine. The woman, spent an hour and 15 minutes in my bathroom (it was not filthy, I do general cleaning once a week) and after all of the hour she spent, she only cleaned the glass shower doors, not the walls of the shower, the countertop still had spots on it that could easily be wiped away with water, she didn't wipe down the cabinets, or dust the fixtures. My bathroom is tiny. So I'm not sure what she spent and hour doing. When I asked the woman if she cleaned it all she said I spent and hour in there and thought you would want me to move on. It seemed that what she thought was a deep cleaning and what I thought was a deep cleaning were not the same, I would have expected the entire bathroom cleaned and when I said that too her. She said, stop yelling at me I'm leaving. So I said I think that would be best. She gathered her things while I was on the phone with the company, talking the whole time how I yelled at her. She was still going at me when she finally walked out the door, and when I shut the door, she continued screaming through the door. When she finally left, she through the garbage in my front yard. But all the woman on the phone would say was we will look into this and get back to you sorry for the inconvenience. They had already taken a $52 deposit, and I said that I would not approve the balance to be drawn, since none of the work was done well at all. An hour later they charged the balance of $208. When I reached out they would no longer answer my calls, and did text that after speaking with their person, who claims she was there for 2 hours they would only charge me for the 2 hours. Even after sending the Ring doorbell video of the woman yelling and saying that she spent and hour and 15 in my bathroom which was the only thing she cleaned. At no point did I get belligerent and deserve to be ghosted. I would stay far far far away from this company. They are thieves.

DO NOT USE THEM!!! Warning!!⛔️ They contract out their maids. Thats why every review has a different maid name. We got our home cleaned right before Christmas because we were having company coming and they did a HORRIBLE job. It was a mom and a teenage daughter and they did not have a working vacuum. The mom told us they were going to “sweep” our carpets and it will look the same. Have you ever heard of someone sweeping carpet with a broom?!? We have a 2400 sq ft house which is way too much work for one adult maid to do on her own, especially without the proper equipment. I followed her after each room and recleaned it because company was coming and I just didn’t have time for any of this. Then the adult maid owed that she took a Brillo bad to our microwave! She said all of it is scratched now but she will pay for it. Of course it’s scratched! The teenage daughter was on TikTok most of the time but then after went took pictures of each room as evidence that the rooms were clean (THE ONES I RECLEANED). We called the company after our terrible experience and they were terrible to us. They refused to give us any sort of refund for our “deep clean” and it took 3 months to get the money for the microwave back. We have a new build and everything is brand new and this cleaning caused damage. I waited until we got the money back for the microwave.to write this review to warn others. The company is owned by 2 people that barely speak English that live in North Las Vegas and have their LLC address based out of their home. THIS IS NOT A REAL BUSINESS! It’s a scam of people trying to hustle money with no business skills or ethics. They refused to refund any part of the cleaning. Even with people “sweeping the carpets” and me sending many pictures showing mirrors and countertops were even wiped down.

I’ve been waiting months for the owner to call me. I was very unhappy with the cleaning. They charged me for a deep clean, but all they did was wipe around items that were on the countertops. The baseboards weren’t done the count. The cupboards weren’t washed wiped out. I was told the inside of the cabinets will be done needless to They have called several times. They have the owner call me back. They never gave me a credit for anything and every time I call I get an excuse about the owner being out of the country.

I couldn't be happier! A wonderful job was done. I would ask for her again in a heartbeat!
