CORE Tree Service

Had a fantastic experience with CORE Tree Service. JR (the owner) is easy to get a hold of and sent Rick (the arborist) out within a few hours to give us a quote on our overgrown Australian bottle tree. They got us onto the schedule quickly, showed up on time, did a great job on the tree (trimming it back to its strongest branches so that when it fills in again it will have a solid base and not be a risk of dropping huge branches on our roof), and left everything clean and orderly. We've already referred them to a neighbor who also had a great experience. We will absolutely use them for our next project.

June 2025: I used CORE Tree Service again today. I am updating my review since I can not leave another. Could not be happier!!!! Planted a Mesquite Tree today and transplanted cactus and aloe. Amazing work as always guys!!! December 2024: These guys are awesome. Spoke to Bernardo when he was working on a neighbor's home. He gave me an estimate for work that was fair and straight forward. They arrived on time and did a great job of take down and clean. The entire crew was polite and respectful of my home and property. Highly recommend their services.

CORE Tree Service was quick, efficient and knew exactly how to get our overgrown Palo Verde tree trimmed up and ready for the Monsoon season. They did a great job and cleaned up everything afterwards.

Bernardo was great - provided a quote very quickly, and his team was onsite within days to trim a large palm tree of mine that was in bad shape, plus he also removed a small lemon tree. He also offered to come back and replace with a new lime tree. Very professional and transparent with pricing.

The crew from CORE Tree Service were very careful when taking down our tree. They answered my questions and did a thorough job. They cleaned up the area. I would recommend CORE to anyone.

AL and the guys at Core Tree Service did a great job with my two palms. Al himself was out next day to estimate, then after working out a fair price we scheduled for just a few days after that to do the job. Pretty quick, considering this is palm season and a company like his is very busy right now. The guys that did the trimming were all pretty friendly. You can tell they like trimming trees, god bless 'em! I sure don't, well not in 110 degrees anyway. They normally will prune the fronds up to a 45 degree angle so it will hold new growth longer; however, I requested closer to a 75 degree angle so the end result would be a bit fuller to begin with. I have a swing underneath and I need the extra shade. After pruning, they came through with the rake and a blower to clean all the 'fines' leftover. As a result, the area underneath came out looking great too! I went ahead and scheduled out for next year, that way we can get ahead of those darn see pods before they start dropping. About a week later they sent a nice card to me, thanking me for my business. It even features Al looking like he's ready to trim some trees in high visibility orange! I've uploaded it to the picture collection. *Update 11/27/18- Added two more pictures from trimming job in September. Another job well done. *Update 8/16/2021 - Core Tree Service continues to be my go-to tree trimming professionals. We appreciate their great service!

Core tree service did a great job removing a tree and trimming another for us. Even though the tree removal was in a tight spot, they took care not to damage surrounding plants or the house. Their crew was pleasant and worked diligently to get the job done. They also did an excellent job of clean up afterwards. We would recommend their service.
