Promised to help me out on a plumbing job I stayed late to meet up with him. Said he would send an estimate and had next Thursday guaranteed for my job. Two days pass no estimate and I reach out to ask if he's still interested in the job then he proceeds to say "he will pass". If you expect a man of his word search for a different plumber I dont recommend Vincent.
