Jolene & Crystal lead our care team to provide the highest quality of care and promote independence every single day. They improve Resident access to other health care providers, such as therapy/massage, podiatry, psychology/psychiatry, pharmacy, hospice and other specialists. They create professional care plans and complete comprehensive clinical assessments of our Resident’s overall health, taking into consideration their individual goals and resources. Their 24/7 observation and proactive interventions, often result in quicker recovery with fewer complications if a health concern should arise.
