I have a golden retriever who is 5 1/2 years old. I was looking for another veterinarian who could give her more in depth care, and I just felt that she wasn’t getting checked fully when I took her to the vet. First of all, I was just really impressed by the staff and how friendly they were, the nice clean building, and all the staff that was there. It was just so many people to help. For the first time, my dog had a full blood work up as she had a wellness visit and it did find some abnormalities which we are looking into, I’m sure glad I changed because my previous bit of five years never suggested that. So if you’re looking for a new Vet and you feel like you’re not getting enough care for your pet you love I would strongly suggest calling Copper Ridge Veterinary.

Copper Ridge is an amazing clinic and the staff are all extremely friendly. My husky has a very delicate nature and she can be pretty skittish at times, but she has never had a problem with going to the vet since we switched to Copper Ridge. I also have a reactive pitbull, and they've been great with him as well. I'm able to call ahead and wait in my car until a room is open to avoid him becoming overly stressed, and he hasn't had any bad experiences with them. In fact, the staff have been able to take him to other rooms for testing/blood work, and he has happily followed them and left me behind. Copper Ridge staff also take their time and thoroughly explain everything, which I really appreciate. I've been to other vets in the past who rush through the visit and don't take time to explain anything. They have open communication, and I feel that they really listen to my concerns, and they address any and all questions I have prior to me leaving the office (and they make sure I know to call if any future questions or concerns arise). Also, Copper Ridge is very warm and welcoming, unlike the cold lonely offices I've been in previously. I really can't say enough good things about them, and I love having a vet I can finally feel comfortable taking my pets to ❤️

Kind and caring! Our kitties are always well taken care of. The prices are lower than the rest of the country, so be grateful we live here. 😁

Had the pleasure of meeting Dr Kayci and her staff last week. Our shepherd had an emergency and when our vet couldn't see us Copper Ridge told us to come in immediately. They took excellent care of her and truly appreciate everything they've done for us. Such a caring and friendly office.. We'll be switching to them for future needs.

What a wonderful staff and vet! Our Snickers has been a patient there since 2022 when he was diagnosed with glaucoma. The staff showers him with love and Snickers loves the staff and Dr. Shanaberger. Anytime he has had problems, they see him and have helped him so much!

Took my pooch Miss Shelby to have her nails done. No other place could handle her and she's a laid back dog. PetSmart cut into her quick so she is tentative about anyone touching her nails. They new this and did a wonderful job of getting her into right position and cut them great. I've found the vet I've been looking for. Highly recommend. 5 stars plus!

Quinn had her first experience today with these awesome people. The staff at Copper Ridge were so friendly and informative. They are so thorough they had even caught a few things her previous vet of 4 years and several visits missed or misinformed us of. So grateful for this experience for Quinn and ourselves. So here comes a hoard of children to follow their sister to a new adventure.

My 1yr old Finlay had her stomach tacked and she was spayed. Everything was explained post surgery and I took her home with pain meds. She is 1 week post surgery and doing very well. I highly recommend Copper Ridge for your pets veterinary wellness. Everyone is pleasant, knowledgeable, and treats you and your pets with kindness and respect! Could not ask for better care! THANK YOU ALL!

All was good, at first. Took my dog of 16 years there to have him laid to rest. Staff was friendly and prices were fair. THEN. we decided to take our 2 siamese cats as well. Mediocre care at best. But still friendly. So we kept our appointments, called on a Thursday or so and was told “see you Monday” Monday came , we showed up and was told it was for the following Monday. No big deal we can come back since we live close, and the particular cat is easy to transport. But told. “I can squeeze you in if you want to wait 20-25 mins. “ wow ok great we though. Until we got the bill. $80 “squeeze in fee!” The invoice said. We called and asked about it since it wasn’t an emergency. And weren’t told there would be an additional fee. “Someone will call you back”. No one called. We ended up rescuing a kitten and took it over and bill was $200 for some ear cleaning , eye medicine and a shot. Ok , is what it is. We asked about the previous $80 charge and was told. Well credit you back $20 since “it included the exam fee” yeah ok. We went home and our new kitten went fe running and and jumping around so limp we thought it was going to die. We went back the next day , and they asked “do you want to put her down?” NO! So after a 5 min look bill was another $100+. Medicine they gave for the eyes wasn’t working so we asked for something different. Went to pick up that medicine. $24 , ok. BUT then told there’s a $13.30 outstanding bill. HUH? My card is on file! They said they charged for the B12 take home instead of the B 12 injection. My face didn’t hide my dissatisfaction. So I asked “are you sure this is $24 for the new medicine?” We had another appointment coming up but have lost faith in this vet. So we called to cancel it. Yup, $12.50 cancellation fee! AND they dismissed us from the practice. Guess you can’t question their billing or you’ll be dismissed. Another vet that will remain nameless states that they have seen five other cases where the animal had gotten worse after the first visit with this vet.

They were great with my anxious / reactive dog today. Also super kind with my 5 year old daughter. Over all a very welcoming compassionate staff, we look forward to continuing care here for our Rosie 😊
