We have been using Drew, Tracey and the Cope team for the majority of our home repairs and renovation needs for 5+ years now. Always top quality work at a fair price. Drew takes the time to fully diagnose the issue to make sure it is done right the first time and always willing to educate us on the repair. One of the best qualities of the Cope team is their honesty and transparent pricing - often working with us on repairs they feel we could accomplish ourselves to avoid unnecessary costs. I can't recommend them enough for any job (big or small).

Cope Construction did an outstanding job from the initial design consultation to the little details at project end. Complete bathroom remodel removing large jetted tub and small shower and replacing with tile shower, shower window replacement, new vanity, new flooring, linen closet and many other little details. Very impressed with Drew and his team’s attention to detail and insistence on quality. Communication was great throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend this company for your renovation projects.

Copebuilt put up shutters on The outside of my house where they had blown off in a storm. Drew also made sure the other ones were on tight so they wouldn’t blow off. He took meticulous care to make sure everything was perfect! It was so nice meeting both Drew and his wife Tracy and their dog Riley! I would never hesitate to hire them for anything I may need in my Home, inside or out! I highly recommend!

I contacted Drew at Cope Construction regarding a unique situation: an older system with a heating issue in a 3rd-floor Master Suite. Prompt in response and very patient with limited my explanation of the issue. They were able to give expert advice on how to proceed and followed up ! Can't beat that !

Norm, Mike, German, Andrew and Diane of Cope Construction and Renovation did an amazing job working with us on finishing our basement and installing a very intricate tile backsplash in our kitchen. They kept us up to date when things would be happening and showed up on time. Everyone was very professional and they took all proper measures to protect the surrounding areas where the work was taking place. It was nice to have the work done by a team who takes pride in their work and the finished results show that!

We contacted COPE Construction regarding a leak in our sunroom from our roof that has been off and on for years. Noone seemed to ever know the reason and would just suggest a new roof and/or sky light. Drew took the time to figure out where the leak was coming from so we could get the proper repair finally. I can’t say enough about Cope Construction Renovation and how happy I am. Drew, his wife and his staff were great to deal with. I had wind damage to my roof on my house, along with a porch roof that’s seen its better days. Drew fixed all the bad spots on my roof and put all new capping on the entire length of my house. He also put a brand new roof on my porch. It looks fantastic, I’m so happy with all the work he’s done. He explained everything that needed to be done, and did exactly what he said he was going to do, no nonsense what so ever. His workmanship is beautiful, my roof is fixed with no leaks and my brand new porch roof looks incredible. I can’t wait to hang up my plants and just enjoy it out there again. We had a roof leak from our satellite dish. In an effort to support a local business we called Cope, the whole process start to finish was easy. Drew even took pictures as he was going for us to see what he was finding.
